Terrible company from the inside out. don't ever buy from! Better off on poshmark or buying from local designers.

Terrible scamming ! I used to buy a lot but from them but something happened a year or so . Be careful with returning as they are not refunding . I had to involve the bank to get my money back . Ignoring and helpless customer service .

I spent over $4k and had to return (within 4 days). No record of my order or return. On hold with chat and phone forever. This is not the way to treat customers who drop thousands of dollars on every order. Stay VERY FAR AWAY from Net A Porter!
