Always stop on the way passed. Excellent service, much nicer facility than a normal gas station. Clean, decent food, spacious, well stocked.
This time I got locked out of my car, because my electric keyfob stopped working and the only physical door lock won't work.
I had 4 people confer to help me borrow a tiny screwdriver to open the defunct key, and one of them volunteered to drive down the road to get batteries that actually fit my key because they only have larger ones in stock.
I'm ready to cry, but now it's mostly from relief and gratitude.

The staff behaves very indecently. It is better to park on the side of the road than here. They behave as if you owe them your whole life, 0 attention.

Bought a blue parrot head set and within a week, it stopped charging. Came to get a replacement and they rejected it. I will never shop at pilot as long as I live.

One of the worst for truck fueling. There’s no management and truckers sit at the pumps like it’s parking spots. I was 15 minutes pulled forward my trucks I was in the store with with manger talking about how to print the paperwork pdf and the lady outside she knew I’m here call the police driver please don’t stop this store worst place no respect at all

Staff does nothing hurry drivers who sit at the fuel island. Literally doing nothing to move them. Drivers sit at fuel island for half hour nobody pumping diesel. Not a single fuel island is being use to pump diesel.

Nice people, i cash here a lot efs checks and concheck without any inconvenience and also the store is very clean always has fresh hot coffee and a lot variety to buy. The workers always are happy.

Would give a 5 star but no shower deal breaker for me , people are very nice and friendly that forsure . Bathroom are kept clean but again no showers bummer got travel hour away just to shower n rest in another location otherwise would had been a 5 star place

This is a stop, get your fuel, or gas, spend your $ on snacks ( food sucks here) then get the hell off the property. ( explains why there are no showers, laundry, like 10 Parking spots) SMH

The only downside is no showers and limited parking.
