Prestige Toyota Service Center is a very good place for service in the Bergen County area. The staff is always nice, humble, knowledgeable, and professional. They provide very fast, efficient, and relatively quick service. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and great, with the best coffee. They maintain constant contact via text and provide a video summary of the work done. Customers report being in and out within an hour and are very happy and impressed with the experience. The dealership helps with service, programming key fobs, and describes any future work needed.

Very efficient and relatively quick. Always a good idea to get there early. Got in and out within an hour. They provided and programmed my promised second key fob for my 2024 Crown without issue. Staff is always nice. A pleasure.
