“freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”

“The manager Ken is super helpful and friendly. The location is clean and comfortable with the climate controlled interior. Great storage facility. I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

“I came in to check out the location and I have to say it is very clean and the office smelled very nice. Dorothy opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. She gave me lots of information and explained things in a way the other storage locations/companies did not bother to do. She was very helpful and insightful and I’m glad I came in contact with such an amazing worker with excellent customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone I know who needs a unit just because of her.”

He assisted me with finding the right size unit I needed. In addition, the accommodation of a drive up unit. Lastly, the assistance of step by step online registration aide to complete my unit reservation. He went above and beyond his way to explain due to lack of experience knowledge with the Public Storage App on the computer. KUDOS to the hiring team that chose Jonathan to represent the company. This guy deserves a raise or a promotion. Due to the Customer Service he provided. I was satisfied ? percent!

“I have rented storage for many years now. The outside, drive up unit is easily accessible & was always dry. I have no complaints except that my location no longer has personnel on site but a kiosk instead. Not happy about that when It came to closing my account.”
“Great storage facility. They keep it very clean and it always feels safe. James is the best. I use my locker as an inventory location for my job, and I have to give James a 10/10 for customer service. He is always communicating deliveries with me and even helping deliver them to my locker from time to time. If you need a storage locker, I highly recommend them.”

Just show up, access their computer, type your name, plop your id into the machine, pay for the size you desire and the key pops out of the machine and you are on your way to storing your belongings. Everyone that I spoke with was so helpful, detailed and professional. Mucho props...place runs very smoothly.”
“Joan is such a light in this dark world. I have had a unit at prime storage in fair lawn for over a year and every time i bump into her she recognizes me and greets me with such kindness and warmth. i will continue my business here regardless of rates solely for the incredible service she provides. the facility is clean, the online portal is easy to navigate, and Joan and all other employees here are always quick to help me on the phone or return my call promptly if any issues arise. 10/10 recommend!!”
“Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit”
“I really wanted to appreciate the agent who helped me when I was picking up my rental. I was told later her name is Anne. I was having a rough morning after having my day changed and the need for the rental for a work project threw my entire morning off. Anne was patient when I needed some things repeated and helped me with figuring out what I needed. She helped with an app so I can travel with commercial plates and was overall very kind. Thank you Anne, it made all the difference in my day.”
