Always a great selection of fresh produce, (mostly shop in their Ramsey, Wyckoff & Wayne locations). They even carry sumo citrus! I highly recommend Inserra SRs.

Man shop rite is ok but the place needs to be remodeled now! It looks old so please remodel it now! Also you need to clean up the parking lot now repave it now! Also you need new side walks now. And by the nj transit lot on delifeild ave the tree need to be cut down immediately they are old and they have a stench that is overwhelming. It's nasty. The Lodi ShopRite has gone way downhill. While the Inserra Shoprites are always extremely generous to local schools, churches, and other organizations, this store has nothing but empty shelves and low inventory. At 11am on a Sunday, the Dairy area should be stocked. Canned vegetables - few selections. Cashiers? Very few. I hate scanning items and bagging my own groceries. Thumbs down on this one.

I shop at west nyack Standard items are missing on shelves, all the produce sucks like it’s been sitting in the warehouse to long soft spots wrinkles dried out, one cash register opened on Saturday mornings. My family has been shopping at shop rite since the 60s. 2 family members have worked and retired from the company. Mr Insera would never have allowed this to happen

Very poor policy trying to buy birthday gift lottery tickets from machine I was informed by courtesy that the weren’t ALLOWED to make change of $100 dollar bill ???No problem on my way home stopping at Wegmans who happily made change .. Actually worked out ——produce was fresher and less expensive .at WegmansWhat other decisions in Ramsey SR are inconvenient to shoppers ?

The Hillsdale store is a disaster.Items in stock aren’t on shelves, you have to ask an employee to see if they’re in the back.9 out of 10 times they are ,management is nonexistent. They sell the worst beef I have ever eaten. I purchased 2porterhouse steaks( $35 ) that were so tough I gave them to my dog.We put our coats on and went to Morton’s for dinner.

I’m going to be honest, I love Shoprite love the one in Little Falls and other independent ones down the shore. The Inserra Shoprite are quite honestly the worst grocery store I have ever shopped in at all their locations. I personally drive an extra 10 minutes to Little Falls Shoprite. I feel bad for employees and shoppers alike at all their Inserra locations it just is a subpar corporate store.

Great layout but my concern is the customer service area. There is no clear direction there it’s mass confusion at best. The one young lady working there has the worst attitude. Her and the name “ Customer Service” should not be used in the same sentence..snippy and arrogant description best describes her. She is not an asset to the store when everyone else from management on down are so friendly and customer oriented. Someone like this person belongs in either the fast food or housekeeping industry

Wyckoff Shoprite double billed me 5 days ago and I am still fighting for a refund. Shame on Inserra Supermarkets and Wakefern for horrible customer service. Inflation is bad enough but when your supermarket takes your weekly shopping money twice - makes me take my business to Wegmans.

My husband and I were just at the Emerson ShopRite. We had our flu shots there. Hazard is a wonderful pharmacist and Adrienne who administered our injections was excellent and very informative as we discussed a future pneumonia vaccine. Never a problem when we use the pharmacy. Also Greg Paller, checkout person, is a hard worker and very friendly and professional to all clients.Jane Concato

Update: A very nice woman from Inserra Supermarkets customer service sent me an email addressing the problem I had and it was resolved to my satisfaction. The Wayne Shoprite store manager called me and told me to come in and he refunded the money I paid for the meat that was bad. I will continue to shop and buy my meat at Wayne Shoprite. I understand that things have changed because of the Covid-19 pandemic and precautions have to be taken and I understand that refunds can't be made just because you don't want a product. I appreciate doing business with a company that stands behind the meat products it sells when that product is no good.

Your website to order food is the worst. Other food stores tell you before you put start to put your order in that there no dates available. Yours doesn't do that until you try to place the order.

Poor response to Covid-19. They put their employees and customers at risk by not figuring out the curbside pick up only way to shop. It was obvious before the stay home mandate was ordered and shelves emptied, that thinking out of the box was needed, to ensure people can get their groceries and stay protected. I was a customer for most of my adult life and couldn't even order on-line (as I did in past) because system couldn't find me nor would it let me create a new account. Now the system is on overload, so good luck shopping on line.
