The monthly kids workshop is from 9-12p. We get here by 10a and they're already out of projects. Either have more available or just don't run it. You disappoint more kids than those that actually get to do the project. I appreciate you do this for the kids but how can you possibly plan so poorly? I won't shop here again.

Possibly the worst customer service in a big box store. Employees left grossly uninformed and undertrained; but quite adept at disappearing.

I’ve become to realize that Home Depot is the worst retail supplier in the USA. I’ve reserved equipment, and they failed to have it ready. They are such idiots when it’s comes to explaining the machine. Literally had reps telling me what not to do. At the start of the program they offer additional insurance now they don’t and I had an issue with a rep claiming I damaged equipment. When shear pins are design to break on impact so you don’t damage the motor I had to prove in the manual. Horrible experiences I’m done shopping there.

Horrible service. Came in to pick up an online order and a man named Tim in a regular t-shirt and pants, who looked like he would rather be anywhere else but there, nonchalantly took my husband and I to the outside vestibule to get my items. He then proceeded to find one box, gave it to us, closed the doors and started to walk away. My husband had the gut feeling to check the box to make sure all the items were there; they were not. The man came back and "looked" more without any shred of scrutiny. A woman named Claudia then came over to help but also did not see any of the missing items. Tim told us to come back to the register and was about to issue a refund. I expressed my frustration so he went back to look again. Claudia then straight up lied to us and said they receive the items in one package so if the other items aren't there then it is Home Depot's fault and I would have to call them directly. I asked if they kept a logbook of received orders to which she replied they do and they have my order number but obviously not the other items. She said she would give a refund for the missing items. I asked what was going to occur to reconcile not actually having the items today as promised--would she call to make another order for me--she said she would not because the order was made online through Home Depot. She said the refund was all she could do and that Home Depot messed up.Then Tim came back and said he found the missing items. I told Claudia her story was a lie and walked out with my items in four separate boxes. No apologies from either member. Claudia didn't even know Tim's name because "he is new". What a laughable customer service.

Word of caution...rented a van three weeks ago to move my student out of his apartment from Home Depot (credit card down and confirm number provided). Wake up on moving day to have Home Depot cancel my reservation. Call local store and they say rentals are NOT guaranteed and this happens all the time. Of course, Home Depot never mentions that when I made the reservation. Managed to get a van last minute from Budget. Recommend you not use Home Depot for van rentals for moving your students.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the rental process. Despite having made my reservation well in advance and receiving all the necessary confirmations, I was informed on the day of pick-up that my reservation had been cancelled.

It's a Home Depot, the employees at this one have always been very kind and helpful while dealing with a busy store. I love shopping for plants usually while my husband needs to get something. They are closed on Sunday's so keep that in mind!

Do not order any appliance from this store. Completely mismanaged and a horrible customer service. Fridge was delivered 15 days after promised date. They did nothing to resolve the situation.

It's the Home Depot. Has all your needs and more. Get projects done and complete if they have the parts. Online inventory doesn't alway match. Always friendly.

Disrespectful and condescending cashier Leanne as I was in self checkout I asked if the military discount could be applied as the app that Home Depot decided to use did not and never works it tried to show her and showed her my valid DOD Military ID card. The cashier comes up to be loud and condescending as if lecturing a child saying she will do it this once but never again, I told her if it is going to be a problem not to worry about it I just asked because the app does not work. She then tells me she is doing it and that she doesn't care the app does not work and to take it up with Home Depot. I then tell her it's ok do not apply the discount to when she then scans and says I did it. I ask for her manager and she then walks away to a lady who I assume is the manager , I walk towards them when the cashier Leanne screams at me to get away I am speaking to her, Michelle the manager then asks me to let her speak with her first . I walk away and then return when Leanne leaves, we explain Michelle what Leanne did . As I head back to the self checkout to pay Leanne yells at me telling me that I should be thanking her for her "service" ! All I did was tell this lady not to worry about applying a discount when I thought it would be an issue and she decides to yell and make condescending remarks. Keep away from this place and stick to Lowes

Thanks to Gene, Manager in the Lumber/Construction materials department. Went out of his way to find more stock of gravel and sand, and then figured out the best way to load it into my vehicles.

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.
