“Being “struck by lightning twice” is highly unlikely but I am thankful it happened here at Wayne Hyundai.
With a new lease It’s extremely unlikely to have so many problems with a new car but— while it did happen here, Mark the customer relations sales manager and Rio the technical manager have been going above and beyond to try and make things right.
Financing was fairly priced, simplified and they are dealing with a big mishap as best as they can. I have to do the legwork of dealing with the inconvenience, they got my in a loaner vehicle and promise to not let me walk away with more problems than I came in with.
As for the financing and payment, do not get the tire and wheels insurance they offer unless you are in Wayne, other Hyundai service centers will not take it.
However, they are quite reasonable people that try their best to please their customers.
Ultimately, there are laws in place to protect the customer in case of incidents like mine but I trust that the managers here at Wayne are trying their hardest in my best interest to get me to a satisfactory place.

“What an amazing used car dealership. If you want to avoid all the nonsense out there and get straight to the point and buy an amazing car this is the place.
My intentions were I just needed a car to get around. So I searched local area found the cheapest car I could afford.
When I got there I met John the owner and what a great guy. The cheapest car he had was actually a beautiful 2007 bmw 328xi awd. Mint condition with only 100000 miles on it. However not really what I was looking for looking for . Well I fell in love with the car.
Small mishap with the starter a few days later but hey it’s a used car. I had starter replaced and John the owner was really nice enough to reimburse me for the starter.
Since then no issues. I love this car and I avoided all the bs at some car dealers.
The process was very fast. I even had an insurance issue and was referred to an agency and got insurance.
All in all it only took a few hours to have my shiny red bmw ready inspected and registered with plates
Avoid other places, avoid Carvana and Carmax.
I’m a 45 year old man and have owned many cars and have dealt with business my whole life
If you want a dealership that truly cares and gives you exactly what you want for your need this is the place
