I go here almost daily with 5-15 packages and the staff is amazing. Everything is prepaid and they scan it in and give me a receipt no problem. I’ve had my son or parents drop stuff off for me and they treat them just as nice. Anytime I have questions they are happy to help and explain what needs to be purchased to ship my items the correct way. I’ve gone to a lot of post offices in the area and Mahwah is hands down the nicest and most informative.

really clean nice USPS with no line the day I went granted it was 130pm on a Fri. But guy working this past Fri 4/25 was a complete douche with a stick up his behind. I remember cus ita my bday anyway he was incredibly rude about every single question I asked as if I was bothering . my dude you're just a clerk

I was in and out of this location relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and location was well maintained. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.

Now that the leadership in America has ended mask mandates in congress as of today, and the courts have ruled against vaccine mandates, will you be ending your own mask/vaccine mandate policy. I drop off items for shipping and I was there last week where your sign said MASK MANDATORY FOR SERVICE. So will you be ending them like the federal government did today?

Mahwah’s post office loves telling you that you’ve packed an item in the wrong box as much as an airline loves telling you that your suitcase is 1 pound over the weight limit. Save yourself the hassle and go to any other post office.

Do not go to this post office... this is the worst one I've ever been to... do yourself a favor and go to a different one... I've never had such an issue trying to send my packages which inevitably I had to go somewhere else anyway... I will say I told you so if you don't take my advice

New location has good parking and usually I'm in and out very fast. Employees do not dawdle like the old location and the new store is clean, well organized, and has everything you need from a post office. Drop Box is right in from of the store so no need to go in if you don't need to. Easy to find the location and overall very happy. Nice to have a USPS office in Mahwah again.

I've ordered a few items from an ebay seller that uses this post office and they apparently enjoy not sending packages. Been waiting over a month to receive one package, the seller sent them again and again I'm still waiting on one of the packages. Ordered something else and they still haven't left this post office. What's happening over there??
