Every time I go there there is a problem. I decided to deposit a $1000 today cash and after waiting quite a while as usual At the drive through they told me they'd be with me in a few minutes. Then the guy taking care of me asked My for I d.i was depositing money. He said it's not money. It's cash are you kidding me? I will not go back.

wanted to make a simple call to the local branch for a local branch question and twice was never able to speak to a person after waiting 11 minutes the first time and 7 the second time. Their phone system is awful. I then called a bank down the road and immediately was on the phone with a local person.

Dear Manager,I was at the Mahwah Branch of Wells Fargo this morning to cash a check. a teller asked if I would be interested to set up a mobile banking using my phone and I told her that i would be happy to do so if it does not take longer than ten minutes! Alas, it took an "expert banker" more than an hour and accomplished practically nothing. Her service was based on ":trial-and-error" and not demonstrated expertise! Besides, "the customer is right" business principle must have been dashed completely from her mind if at all it was there in the first place! I was belittled and rediculed at many points in the conversation.Please put a banker that knows what they are doing at the place. Remember, I have been with your institution for nearly a quarter of a century.Thank you for your time.Tilahun Sineshaw

This branch has wonderful people, and the poor experience I had earlier today had nothing with the people. Clearly a training opportunity to recognize when customers are waiting in line and the associate count in the branch outnumbers the customers (in store and drive through) by a factor of 3. One teller with a manager sucked up working with one customer who clearly had a more challenging issue, another associate behind the counter who was doing administrative tasks and would not break away to address customer wait time. Another flex team member sitting at a customer service desk who had no appointments. Several folks in the offices, only one with a customer. And no one seemed to care about customers waiting 15 minutes. Finally, one of the flex associates opened another station. Really, guys. You are a retail business and have to respond to customers. We are busy. We don't want to be in the branch, and are there because we have to be and can't do something online. When you have 8 associates around, break off and serve customers. Really, really disappointed.

There was an error with my bank account.Wells Fargo emailed me another useless response, yet another "We'll look into this and get back to you". So far that is 5 Wells Fargo employees who have been useless that I have spoken with. Yes I am keeping count for the complaints I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau. Yes Wells Fargo is the worst option for banking.

I really like this bank. All the tellers are super sweet and I particularly love Ann, she's sooo thorough. But really they're all wonderful. I've worked with Hannah for various things over the years too and she's equally great. Managers are always on hand to say hello..as I was leaving today someone yelled over, "hows the new house coming?" Little things like that just make this branch special.

Very nice bank at a great and moderately busy location in Mahwah close to Ramsey and Suffern. This branch is very clean and beautifully decorated for all holidays, especially Christmas time! Bankers and tellers are very nice and friendly. Most of their staff have been there for many years and often greet customers by their name. I love going in to this branch as I always feel warm and welcome so much so that I sometimes just walk into the branch just to say hello and to have small talk. Pet friendly as well!
