Dan told me that they would give it a little priority to see if it could be repaired quickly, and so it was. On Friday at 5pm I was receiving a call from Dan saying that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the car was delivered to me clean and the work done was very good. I would really recommend this place to anyone.”

“I am going on a road trip, and I took my car in for a safety check at two different places before taking it here, and i got two completely different recommendations. I needed all these random things. I felt like they were just trying to get me to spend unnecessary money, so i took it here bc the reviews said it was a good and honest place. The reviews did not lie. Super friendly and honest service. Explained to me in terms i could understand and also saved me money. The other 2 places lied to me. “The engine light of my car is on, and I found B&C on the Internet. I saw that they had a high evaluation. I went there this morning, and the mechanic quickly checked my car. He used the OBD scanner very professionally. Then open the hood of the car to check, and initially judge that it may be a battery problem. He reseted the computer code to see if light could be off. I didn't expect it. I'm glad that what he did. If there is anything wrong with the car next time, I will definitely ask him. Nice job! Thank you!”

Front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions before even arriving. So felt good about the business right from the start. The repair manager was great to speak with and I knew this place was going to take care of the repairs on my car. From what I could see, the shop itself was well maintained and professional, which was another sign my car was in good hands. I expressed that I was hoping to have my car back within 2 weeks due to needing to travel for work. They finished my car within 5 days! Spoke with AL he said let me check it out and it only ended up being $582.00 . Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. AAA was taking forever and didn’t have an ETA after a half hour sitting on the side of the highway so I appreciated when Jay said he could help. He offered super affordable price to put on the donut and even offered to patch the original tire for me. World class service especially for those anxious with car repair! Really great guy.
