However, at other times, there is not enough staff available, and employees can be unaware of certain store policies or product details, such as the availability of physical movies like DVDs. They were also unable to help with a repair for an item not purchased there. A common criticism is that the store never seems to have the newest phones, tablets, and technology, often getting items late and being out of stock of specific needs. This can be a letdown for customers expecting a leading electronics store, though it may be a great place for appliances like washers. Overall, interaction with the helpful staff is often worth going into the store.
