“My local Lowes has something above and beyond what I expected: a very dedicated, knowledgeable professional kitchen technician named Chris Cook. He spent considerable time and effort helping me to design, find and order exactly what custom Kraftmaid cabinets I needed for my major bathroom upgrade project. Chris really, REALLY knows his stuff; from what was going to be involved for the field installation, (he has extensive on-site installation experience) to cabinet construction, finishes, materials, advantages, disadvantages, options, accessories, vendor capabilities, etc. He was right on top of everything, treating my project (and wallet) as if it was his own. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough; like I said, above and beyond (WAY beyond!). Thank you Lowes for staffing people like Chris. I would (and will) definitely consult him again on my next project. Keep up the high standard!”
