Recently during my stay at this hotel last October I was somewhat disappointed with the way the advertisement and the description of the services provided by the hotel, especially The Mainland restaurant, mislead the guest.
The hotel's website specifically states: Breakfast: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM.
Breakfast / brunch service operates only on Sunday. The rest of the week the restaurant is open only from lunch to dinner. In addition the restaurant with the exception of the weekend after 11pm the bar closes.
The rooms could also be cleaned more thoroughly in the four days of my stay I think if they passed a vacuum cleaner to my room only once it was too much. On one occasion I asked the cleaning lady for some plastic cutlery and my request was totally ignored.
Very unfortunate for the price I had to pay, to the last penny, for the room where they tripled the price of the room (which had nothing special, not even a microwave) for Friday night in particular.
Unfortunately I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We had a 40-person event stay at Manahawkin and it was great! The staff there was able to work with us to accommodate our unique needs, and our clients and internal staff all enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was great, the lobby and rooms were beautiful, and the service was exception - we will certainly be back!

Had the pleasure to celebrate my cousins wedding.. the place was beautiful the food was amazing.. the servers were amazing and the bartenders were amazing.. Definitely 5 stars

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend and was overall pretty disappointed with the room, especially given the price point. I paid about $950 for two nights (expensive but I get it, it’s a holiday weekend). The room was tired and dated. Carpets were dirty, furniture was beaten up, and paint was peeling. The bed was comfortable but when the rest of the room looks like it’s falling apart, you feel cheated when the rates are so high.

Stayed here because there was no hotel availability on LBI. I am so glad we did! We always pass this on the way into the island. There is SO much to do. Arcade, fire pits, restaurant, pool, putting green. The room was big and clean! The pillows were labeled which was nice. The drive to the island last night took less than 10 mins. Would definitely recommend.

$565 for a hotel room for one night and our toilet didn’t flush. Repair person didn’t know how to fix it (not her fault). They didn’t offer to move us to a new room, we had to ask. Didn’t offer assist us to move to our new room and no comps were offered.

We stayed for three days, the room was spacious, clean. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We would stay there again.

Me and my children loved it there the lobby staff were great and friendly the only issue i had was house keeping they didn't clean our room for 2 days to the point i had to go to the lobby for garbage bags to empty garbage all they did was replace our tissues and give us toilet paper didn't even make our bed when we were gone and no I didn't have a sign on our door ill be back next year hope by then house keeping will improve other than that we love it here

Best Holiday Inn we stayed in. First it is clean and beautiful. The staff was great their on site restaurant was great. They have an indoor pool that opens up to the outdoor with a firepit great sitting areas. Great location. 10+
