Stayed for only one night at this location. Front desk staff very accomidating and exceptionally nice. Hotel is also extemely clean. My only complaint is they need new beds and pillows. Beds sag and I woke up with neck pain. Even though, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Shady at best business practices, they’ve held a deposit for over 10 business days now. They won’t call me back to address the issue like the igh customer service line told me would happen. On top of I was basically called a liar and the charges were released when I stated that was incorrect I was hung up on. So basically whatever you do here don’t tell these petulant little kids they’re wrong in any capacity.

The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Such a treat, many hotel pools are too cold to enter. Clean common areas. Rooms are standard and clean.Noteworthy details: Excellent indoor pool!

This place is better than the motels surrounding it.. maybe thats what they rely upon.. but theres no excuse for a room in disrepair at these rates. 233.00 for my 8 hours here PLUS a 100 dollar hold for 10 days...so 333.00 for This????Im here right now. Needed some rest before starting some contract work on the island.Spent all night getting bit on my neck and head, so no sleep...then i go to take a shower and the shower door is broken and about to fall off or shatter... i try to make a cup of wake up coffee and the keurig is malfunctioning. Worst 8 hours stay at this place in awhile.Falling off is the best descriptionRooms: They are not in as good shape as one would expect for their money.

Absolute garbage. They didnt tell us until AFTER we had breakfast, thinking it was complimentary breakfast, that it was actually $21 per person. If we would have known this, we would have piled our plates up. What kind of hotel does not offer conplimentary breakfast, and isnt CLEAR with your customers on that? Do better Holiday Inn. Absolute awful. They dont even provide WATER.EDITING REVIEW : holiday inn staff has responded to peoples review saying there are signs. I am here right now, walked down to the resturant and there is not one sign informing guests breakfast is $21 a person and not complimentary. This is written NO WHERE. NOT ONE person greeted us upon sitting with a menu, or informed us of the price. Its just assumed? Guests should just know? I then went to the front desk and asked her to please show me where this is written for guests, she said there is no sign. An absolute scam that you are treating guests this way

I was there for a wedding. Overpriced. The place is not par with other hotels. I'm accustomed to a free breakfast. The front desk informed me it would cost extra. A plus 400 dollar room should include better amenities.Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: OkNoteworthy details: Price excessive compared to other hotels. This is offseason time of the year. There is nothing attractive around. But I was here for a wedding...and I didn't expect much .

Front desk customer service and manager will fraudulently book rooms and charge your credit card without consent or permission. This location is privately owned and plays by their own rules in order ensure they meet their quota. Call corporate immediately if you experience fraud and deception. This is a known problem.Noteworthy details: Also note; management will hang up on you when they are called out in their fraudulent practices!!IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. SPEAKS VOLUMES. Without doing their due diligence they state the claim “This is unequivocally false; please call us directly so we can get more details about these claims.” Asking for more details after the fact while first claiming the claim is unequivocally false??? So without getting details from complainant/CUSTOMER an owner states claim to it being false but then requests more details…….hmmmmmm. Bad business.This claim is UNEQUIVOCALLY TRUE!

My Niece had her Wedding there, everything was wonderful! The food was fantastic! I recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.

No towel or linen change, no replacement of tissues or personal care items. Shortage of luggage racks, & hangers. No bottled water or ice. No lounge with beverages for early risers. In rooms for 2 or more the was furniture for only one. Many rude unfriendly staff. No notice of key card defects if carried with phone.

We used Holiday Inn Manahawkin for our wedding hotel block. They were incredibly easy to work with. From start to finish, Lauren and her team were amazing, and experts in communication.The rooms were clean, the bar and restaurant were great, and the location was good proximity to our venue!The only concern we had was our guests had some trouble accessing the hotel block from the website, but this could have been user error.
