I spent over five hours on the phone with constant dropped calls and lies before giving up . I walked into the store to close my account because of my issues but Brian saved my 20+ year account with your company . He was not only kind and compassionate, but knew exactly how to fix my issue. A problem that I’ve spent countless hours over the years was resolved in 10 minutes with Brian. I was so blown away I switched my mobile phones over with Brian and saved some money in the process. I couldn’t recommend him enough!”
