“My wife's phone got a weird virus or something and she was freaking out. We went to The Verizon Store. She had to wait about thirty minutes or so minutes to be helped, but Verizon Stores are always busy. Once my wife was seen, the representative was super knowledgeable, super helpful, and my wife's phone was fixed. If my wife's phone doesn't work, she freaks out.
