“Colleen was so welcoming and helpful, her above and beyond customer service was the reason why chose west creek over public storage and little egg storage which are in the same area”

“Lackland Self Storage is the best! It’s always open, the lot is clean and our belongings are safe. Christine and Robert are genuinely nice people, responsive, professional and friendly. They have accommodated our needs quickly and fairly, appreciating our long-standing membership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires safe and clean storage for their precious belongings!”

“Rob just delivered our boat from NJ this morning! So happy with the service!!! He came highly recommended from the sales guy who we purchased our boat from. We reached out to Rob as soon as we knew we were moving. As the time got closer, Rob stayed in contact to let us know what was going on. NJ got hit with 4 nor'easters so getting out of dodge proved to be a challenge. On the day of the 4th storm, Rob called to say he would be leaving the next day. We got updates from the road and an ETA as to when to meet at the launch. Boat was in great condition, a few bugs but that's to be expected after 1200 miles! If I ever needed to move my boat back up north, I would call Rob in a heartbeat.”

“I've been using Lacey Self Storage since September '23 and I highly recommend their facilities/services. The staff is PHENOMENAL and possesses so much empathy. They take the time to get to know their tenants (not sure if that's the correct word for people renting a storage unit) and be as supportive as possible. Thank you for the A+ service and human touch!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Little Egg Self Storage. From the moment I walked in and met Kyle, Lisa, and Karen, I felt genuinely taken care of. The employees here aren’t just “nice” — they’re the kind of people who brighten your whole day. They’re warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that makes all the difference. The facility itself is spotless and easy to navigate, but honestly, the staff is what makes this place special. Every interaction feels personal, never rushed, and always kind. It’s rare to find a business where you feel this comfortable and appreciated. If you need storage and want to deal with people who treat you like family, Little Egg Storage is absolutely the place to go. I’m so glad I chose them.”

“06/19/2026 - I rented for one month then got my stuff out. The rent already came out for the month and was only in the unit for a day. Was told by the manager he didn't know what the process of reimbursement process and would get back to me because they just took new ownership. Well its been months now, bunch of messages left and no calls back. No reimbursement, and everytime I go there no one is in the office. Kinda ridiculous I cant even get a call back or my money back for a month I wasnt in the unit for ! Not very honest business actions Fair prices compared to the other one in town. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, explained everything well and answered all my questions I had.”
