If you have TD bank stock I would sell it. This place is going down the toilet and ive been a customer for 30 years. I went to the bank today Saturday 04 27 25 and got unhelpful teller. But the supervising teller was someone you might meet at a family owned junk yatd. Rough and unpleasant and I got the message that I should that she thought that I was there to serve her.
So, I need to get out $6000 dollars and the bank tells me they could only do $5000 because i need to notify them. Which of course pisses me off at the mosy convenient bank in the world. But it gets even better, they ask me what the source of the money was and what the money was for. This bank is going down the drain folks. If you have TD bank stock just get rid of it because its rotting from the illegals side out.

Finally closed my account! They had 1 teller on the line, and I was greeted: “What do you need today?”. The teller and overriding supervisor never asked why I was leaving or why I pulled over $5k from the account over the last several weeks. When I tried to close my account a year ago, I was told there would be a charge for a cashiers check which in violation of FDIC Regulations. Platform looked sloppy and men were dressed for a club, which matched the music - very appropriate for a financial institution.

I’ve had issues with my account being hacked, if it wasn’t for the professional support from TD Bank. This situation would’ve been much worse, I’ve been with TD Bank for over 30 years and never did I have any problems. I Thank this bank for always having they customers back

Attempted to open new Business account. Called in advance to verify this could be done before closing I was told no problem come on down. After waiting for 30 min I'm informed by the same, come on down employee that they cant help me today. Spoke with manager informed nothing can be done. Left and opened an account with another company. I would avoid this incompetently staffed company.

Went to cash check for $5000.00 and was told they didn’t have enough money to cash in bank. Not first issue with this specific branch either, had check I was cashing and it was close to closing time and at first they refused to cash until I asked to see manager. Unbelievable to be honest that they can’t cash a check!!!

Terrible customer service, they don't help at all, I call to ask about a problem I have about a check I deposited and when I call the bank they tell me that they don't know anything, they haven't solved anything for me for a month and a half, and when they answer They do it reluctantly, junk bank is useless

Hey TD, I understand it’s difficult to find good help nowadays, but you should really think of putting the miserable blonde teller in the back to organize the paperclips or maybe mop the floors after hours when nobody else is around. Having her be the first person we have to interact with when we walk through your doors to do our banking is only gonna help Wells Fargo and Bank of America get new customers.
