“Purchased 4 tires about 1+ years ago and just recently hit a huge pothole and blew the tire with a hole in it. AAA put on a donut and said not to go over 45-50 miles an hour. Concerned as I ride the parkway all the time, I called Costco and spoke to Mike who was able to get me in right away and suggest a new tire of equal value as my tire was out of stock. I was also able to use the road hazard coverage!!! I was in and out in about an hour from start to finish with minimal out of pocket cost. So happy to be on my way again. Thank you Mike and the entire staff for being so caring and taking care of my issue right away. I greatly appreciate you all.”
