I called Bob and he said bring it over so he can test drive it and listen. As it turns out it was the transmission. We found out we were still covered under warranty so we took it to the dealership. Bob allowed us to the store the car in his lot until it could be towed to the dealership and he told us no charge for his services. Fair and honest, would highly recommend.”
