I got the most expensive car wash and with add ons was $100. very disappointed in the results. i did call a few times to discuss but no one was answering and no ability to leave a voicemail. front of my car was still loaded with bugs, cup holders loaded with dog hair, tire rims filthy, sand left in back hatch. I also tipped them $23…. I didn't realize the job was sub par until i got home. I would appreciate it if someone could call me to rectify this. I am willing to bring the car back to get it fixed. $100 is a lot for these results.

They were able to take my car for a same-day interior and exterior detailing, and it was done in under 3 hours in amazing condition! They were very communicative when it came to picking up my vehicle and my car looked like new! Amazing job!

Poor service and worst staff. Always had an issue with the same guy at this wash ..
Attitude is horrible when confronted for issues with their service. They will not hear to concerns . Membership is there but very hard to cancel. No organization around that. When asked to talk to supervisor ,the same guy who is wiping says he is the one and when asked for manager ,it is stated he is on vacation. Left ph number but no one called to rectify situation.
Car always have soap around even after it is wiped.. interior is not wiped properly.. mats are just vacuumed, if want them to be washed it's extra over top of the highest tier membership..
Not going back, not recommending and hope people don't get duped here.
Go to 5 min away to one near Walmart. Much better staff and service.

I went here this morning and paid $62 for exterior and interior cleaning, which included an extra $10 for wiping leather seats and cleaning mats. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The staff rushed through the job — the entire “interior cleaning” was finished in less than five minutes. I repeatedly had to point out spots they missed, and even after questioning whether I had paid for seat cleaning, I still saw chemicals sprayed on surfaces but left unwiped. When I asked them to properly clean and wipe things down, I was met with attitude instead of good service.
For the price, I expected attention to detail and professionalism. Instead, I felt like I wasted my money. I would not come back here and cannot recommend this place to others.

Beware there is no way to cancel a membership. Merchant never answers the phone and unable to leave a message. The membership tag is specific to each car and I no longer own the car, they have been continuing to charge my card for the past 3 months. Cleaning is average at best, I joined because it was local/convenient but never felt like I got a good clean. I have kids so my car is well worn.. Always debris left inside and dirt/streaks left on the car outside. Now I drive further and not only get a better clean but for a much better price. Avoid this place.

This car wash is the best. Would highly recommend it to all my friends and family. My husband and I both get our car washed there. Our cars come out looking brand new. We love the friendly and professional staff. Always a pleasant experience.

Very bad service. I paid $30 for the service and they didn't even vacuum my car properly or clean the doors. I had to park on the side and vacuum and clean everything myself. They have more than 4 people there and they want to clean your car in 1 minute. Terrible service.
