I had a great experience with the Manalapan, NJ Edible Arrangements store. I ordered an arrangement online for delivery the next day. At 1;00 pm, they tried to deliver but the recipient did not answer their phone and since it was a gated community, the driver wasn't allowed access. I received an email letting me know they'd try again the next day. I really wanted the delivery to happen that day and called them. They arranged to call a different number of someone I knew for sure was at the residence and said the driver agreed to go again that day after his route was over. He said it would be soon after 4:00 pm. By 4:11 pm, the recipient called to say it was delivered and that it was delicious. I was very grateful that the driver and store operator (Amisha) went out of their way for me. It was great customer service.

My grandmother recently received an edible arrangement from this place as a gift because she just had surgery. It was a dozen roses multicolored with some fruit included. However a couple of the roses were a little wilted so she called them up seeking to express that a couple of them were wilted, and Ameesha said to her that it was absolutely no problem, and that she was going to send her a dozen new roses, she just wanted a happy customer. The next day she sent the roses no questions asked just to make my grandma happy. My grandmother expressed her gratitude to her and is very grateful with the customer service and fast deliverance. I would recommend them and Ameesha to anyone. A wonderful business ran by wonderful people.

Hours on Google maps, Google, and Apple Maps are all incorrect. Hours on the edible arrangement website are also incorrect! Update your website to reflect the correct hours of operation, if your facilities close at 5pm; make sure all websites, especially the company one, have the proper hours listed.

I had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements in Manalapan, NJ! The fruit was fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered right on time. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Stopped by here for a fruit dish. Very nice staff and the dish was very tasty. New management. Recommend this place for fruits and chocolates.

The fruit and flowers were very fresh.The manger was friendly and accommodating.I enjoyed the service I got from the Manalapan store.Thank you for making my daughters birthday a great surprise.

I ordered it a Mother's Day arrangement for over $70. And the fruit was horrible. I was told an embarrassing, and i've been going to that place for years.So it must be new owners.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived to the establishment they were closed. The hours on the there door did not match to the hours listed. Their website and google both state they are open until 7pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday until 3pm which is why I chose their manalapan location. When customer service reached out the day after my purchase they said that they had tried to call me which I never received a call, verified by call history. They then tried to tell me I didn't leave any contact info which i double checked and it was there. Also they tried to tell me their staff was there passed the posted (on door) closing time which was false because I arrived just prior to this and no one was there, the lights were off and the door locked. Once things were situated customer service said they would compensate for their mistake and that never happened. Im very disappointed.

Unfortunately not great. Placed an order going to myself to bring on Christmas so I was the customer and the recipient. Ordered a platter and I paid extra for 3 Christmas Tree pops which were supposed to obviously be decorated as trees, to hand out to the kids at Christmas to go with the ones in the platter. Instead I received 3 fall leaves partially dipped in chocolate, which didn't even look fresh and went in the trash. As others have said, my calls to the store go to voicemail with no callback, I filled out the form on line to contact someone with no reply, the online chat never connects to anyone past the bot. When I call the corporate number it connects me to my most recent order which isn't from this store. I'm going to have to file with my credit card to get money back I guess. All I wanted was a $12 credit for something I ordered and didn't receive. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I had a most disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order on July 2 with expedited same day delivery. All afternoon I kept watching to see if it was confirmed delivered. 9 PM rolls around and it’s still not delivered.
The next morning I called the main number and they told me that each store is run individually and they would reach out to the manager. After several calls, I spoke to someone and they said they were going to deliver it July 3rd. They also told me their hours were not as posted. They are supposed to be open from 10 AM to 7 PM and they close at 4:30.
The delivery was late, and not only was it late, but they did a poor job in filling the right order. I’m attaching two images -one of what they sent, and the other of what was expected. I fully understand that sometimes these will represent small, medium or large arrangements, but this is the small that we’re talking about and the exact representation.(1/2 the fruit- no grapes, oranges, or blueberries)
$50+ spent and not as promised or worth the service from this location and I will choose another location to service my request in the future!

Orderd a fruit bouquet on Friday and practically every piece of fruit was either rotten or tasted and had the texture of Cardboard. The chocolate covered strawberry's were the size of grapes and were rotten. How do you charge $60 for this and the quality is the worst??????? Stay away and never use Edible Arrangements.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of customer service from this location. I placed an order and inadvertently sent it to my recipient's business address instead of their home address. Unfortunately, the business was closed for the day and wouldn't reopen again until Monday. Edible Arrangements in Manalapan called me to help make sure the gift was delivered. I had gotten the recipient's home address, which was, unfortunately, outside of the delivery area of the Manalapan location. Nevertheless, they contacted the store that *does* cover that area and arranged for delivery (during Mother's Day weekend, no less!). I'm beyond pleased - I would assume that by the order being transferred to another location, Manalapan doesn't receive any money from the order, but they STILL went out of their way to help me. THANK YOU to the kind woman who helped get this sorted out!

Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER. I spent over $80 on a birthday gift for a friend and was ensured that the gift would be delivered. I got a random notification that an Uber driver cancelled the order- not knowing that Uber would be delivering my order. I was then informed that my order would not be delivered until the next day and when I requested a refund I was denied. I will never ever order from this establishment ever again. Terrible customer service. Do not order if you want your delivery on time. So untrustworthy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered a cake for my partners bday and was told last minute the driver cancelled the order. I called the store and they said “oh the driver forgot the order and isn’t coming back so it’ll have to come tomorrow because we close in fifteen minutes”. WHEN was I going to get a call?? Why can’t the driver turn his car around if he forgot an order for guaranteed delivery date?? The lady I talked to offered no help whatsoever. Order from somewhere else this place sucks. Thanks for ruining a birthday!!

I ordered fruit here for my grandmother and they sent ROTTEN fruit and it was missing the ballon that I PAID for. I’ve contacted customer service and was told someone to get back to me in 48 hours and nobody has and it’s been weeks at this point. $100 in the trash. STAY AWAY!!!!
