First and last time don’t recommend. Had to spend 30 min after I got back removing dead skin and clear coat left all over my finger tips.
Service: uses shared tools and cut me BAD, so beware if you’re prone to skin infections or swelling - it is a risky other places use individual tool packets. It’s for hygienic safety just in case but i haven’t had someone cut me in a manicure in years - that is unacceptable! 3 of my cuticles were butchered, still hurt, and so much dead skin was left on… technician didn’t acknowledge what happened. Won’t return! Also if you feel pain in a manicure speak up I’m so mad I assumed I was just being sensitive no I was bleeding in 3 places and it was burning.
Polish: bad quality. The Essie wall colors were completely separated and OPI came out with air bubbles. one manicure came out with air bubbles dried in many places and the other pedicure polish dried really ridgy and bumpy.

My first time there. My appointment was 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and was taken right away. It is the worst pedicure I ever had.
I was back in my car at 10:37 . Toenails were cut crooked and not even filed smooth. RUSH RUSH RUSH. They lost a customer.
PS there were 3 ppl working and only 2 customers. What was the RUSH

My gel manicure lasts at least 3 weeks. You can make an appointment or walk in and never wait long at all

Went in for a waxing the lady only waxed half of the area I asked for I didn’t notice til I got home and saw the rest of the hair paid over $60 for this and it wasn’t even worth it I will never come back here again

Great gel manicure ! Very clean place with all the staff wearing masks and having a protective plexiglas dividers between the staff members abs the customers ! I would respond this salon !

This was my first time at Flo's and I am satisfied with my nails and experience. I went there early before opening hours, but both of the technicians were ready so I began almost immediately. I did regular mani and pedi. The massage and scrubs were nice. The shop was clean and kept neatly. I am happy with the outcomes and I think the price was reasonable. I will bring my sister as well next time.
