It was fun browsing through the isles. They have many good household items with reasonable prices. The only bad vibe in this store is the old manager's attitude. I hope she'll work on it!!!

Home Sense has the audacity to ask the question... can a couch be an impulse item and where do aprons festooned with Rachael Ray's now defunct catchphrase "EVOO" go on their last gasp chance at retail. Not just crowded, the place is a mess all but waiting for the tsunami that's about to hit after the earthquake. Manalapan, NJ is hardly poor but you'd never know it the way these affluent hausfraus are scavenging through the debris. I think I'll hide behind the artificial palm until the deeply discounted riot subsides. I just feel sorry for Rachael Ray. Three stars.

This was my first time shopping at this store. I purchased maybe 20 things and my cashier Judy handed one of my items I was purchasing on clearance to her manager to double check the price. The manager came back and reported that the sticker price was accurate. Now my question is do you only double check people's purchases if they are people of color or do you pull this stunt with your White customers too? I need an answer because Judy had pure racism all over face and ugly smile. I told her Your racism is showing sweetheart. Well I will not be returning here and will discourage my friends and family as well. Let me know if Judy does this to White folks.

My fiance and I went in looking for a specific item which unfortunately they were out of stock. The woman who worked there took me all around the store trying to find what I needed. She then suggested trying Hobby Lobby where I was able to locate what I needed. I will definitely return because of their great customer service. Highly recommend.
