I have been going to Labcorp for years for frequent blood tests. This location on many occasions is overcrowded and not efficiently run. There are usually twenty plus patients dispersed throughout the waiting room to be checked in, or waiting to be called for their blood to be drawn. Each frustrating visit lasts longer than an hour and some of the staff is unpleasant to deal with. I will not go back to this location and plan to change labs because of the inconvenience and unpleasant experience it brings.

I walked into this Labcorp at 8am. There was a large crowd of people, and standing room only. It took only about 15 minutes for me to get in and out. Very friendly staff and they are very well coordinated. I’ll definitely be using this location moving forward.

Worst Labcorp ever… were asked to sign into a sheet as kiosks were down and we were waiting over 2 hours without being called out… when we enquired multiple times weee just asked to wait and after 2 hours when asked to check the list they lied they called us out 3 times while we’re just sitting in front of them for over 2 hours… will never use this facility again… over crowded and only 2 people working … same person who looks at the list has to take breaks to draw blood…

What a nightmare. Never waited so long at a Labcorp. The check in person was so slow and the other one was quicker. This resulted in multiple people that came after us being taken ahead. No idea why both don't work off the same list. Find another lab corp others I have been to went smoothly

We had a horrible experience today. I brought my teen daughters and they are a hard stick. There is noone left here who can do a hard stick patient (it's a shame that 2 people who were amazing: Sagil and Naima, had left). We can't go there anymore because they can't find our veins. We waited for 2 hours before they took us and they couldn't find the veins. It's a shame. They could find the vein for one of my daughters, but only got 1 tube and they said they had to throw it away because they couldn't send it without having all the tubes that the doctor ordered. They poked my daughter twice for no reason.

Manalapan LabCorp is shockingly FILTHY! Shame on them. The staff is great, but they are severely understaffed. The paint is dirty. The waiting room, bathroom need to be redone. I've been going there for years, and I made the decision to never go back. It's disgusting.

I like this location of Labcorp a lot. Everyone is always super nice and friendly. The office is clean and I never have to wait more than 15 min. My only complaint is that they close 2:00 pm. Wish they were open a bit later.

Absolutely horrible. Zero respect for patients or their time. The people who work here are rude, clearly very unhappy about working there or generally, never crack a smile. They speak to each other in a language other than English while checking you in, work at a glacial pace. I hate going to this place so much. Also, I did a blood test on Monday, Oct 2. I was told results would be sent to my doctor by Thursday or Friday, Oct 5 or 6. However, the results were received almost two weeks later on Oct 12!!! So what is the point of doing a blood test at LabCorp when you are sick if you are not going to get results for almost two weeks? If it was anything serious, I would have been dead already. I am looking for other options, as this LapCorp is as bad and awful as it can get. Stay away.

I had to come in for a walk in appointment for some routine bloodwork. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, which I feel isn't too bad for a walk-in appointment crammed in between other peoples' appointments. The phlebotomist that I had was amazing. She asked which arm I would prefer to use, which was great because I wanted to switch arms to save my left arms' veins from damage (usually I'm not given an option when it comes to what arm I want to use). When she stuck me with the needle, I barely felt it. She has an amazing technique. I believe her name was Christina? I hope to see her again if I have to come back for another round of blood work.

Accommodates walk ins easily. Even when it gets busy they can move the line along fast. Tanya is an excellent phlebotomist would come back here again!

I hate to say it but this Lab Corp facility has the worst hours. They close at 2:00 in the afternoon every day. If you have a job you can’t get blood work here. On top of that- they are so slow and you will be sitting there for a while to be processed and seen. Who runs this facility????
