The teachers are well qualified and show great care and affection. The curriculum is well rounded. The center's management staff are amazing and ensure we are happy with all childcare decisions. Overall, a great place for a child's well being and development! I would highly recommend Lightbridge - Manalapan for anyone looking for daycare in the area!

I absolutely loved this center for my kids. I'm heartbroken that they will no longer be attending due to a change in my job/ location.I love that they divide the littlest classrooms by infant and mobile infant. I found this to be the best approach for development. The entire staff is attentive and caring. They were amazing with helping me and my daughter get to the bottom of her challenges. They even tried to help me find the right specialist.I cannot say enough about how amazing this Academy is.

Lightbridge of manalapan is nothing but amazing. My boys are 2 and 4 and love going to school. Their education and speech has improved tremendously since they started. The school is adorable and clean! They have special events frequently and extra curricular educational classes for the kids to attend. The girls in the front office are extremely thoughtful and accommodating, every staff member truly loves the kids. Highly recommended !!!!

Lightbridge of Manalapan has provided my son with a safe and loving environment for the last two years which teachers and administrative staff who are caring and nurturing. I love that I never have to worry about leaving him and that the team has created an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are a part of a big family. All of the staff is so friendly and professional which makes leaving my son for long days much easier because I know he will be well cared for. As someone who came from another well known Early Childhood Education center and had to change my child from their care when I accepted a new job, I had very high expectations and each of those expectations have been exceeded. Alyssa, Katherine and Allie have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and you can tell they honor the core values of any early childhood program by always putting the children first; the safety, well-being, development and happiness of the children is at the forefront of everything they do. The team of exceptional teachers only helps them to further achieve these goals.

Had my boys at this location for back up care. They had a great experience playing and interacting with other kids in a safe and clean environment. Ms. Alyssa was very friendly and accommodating while Ms. Becca was great with my little one making sure he felt comfortable in the classroom. overall we had a great experience and will be bringing the boys back in the future.

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. You should NEVER put your kids in this place. My son came home with very suspicious marks on his arm of fingerprints from what appeared to be someone aggressively grabbing his arm. The next morning I showed them and asked for answers as to what happened - they told me 1 teacher was scheduled to be off and the other called out that morning so they didn't have answers. The state was called for investigation and despite the case still being open, they called me and said we had to leave. The director, Alyssa Barlotta and VP Lauren Standfast are absolutely horrible and unprofessional people to work with. This all happened in purple cats classroom. Do NOT send your kids here. If you ever put your kids safety as your priority and question/complain they will kick you out. Believe me, we don't want to pay people all this money to be constantly stressed out over our Children's safety and well-being only to be treated this way by people who clearly don't care about children. At the end of the day this is a business for them and they will do whatever it takes to make it seem like they are not at fault and protect their employees. I find it interesting that another review with 1 star also had a similar experience and was asked to leave because she complained! Absolutely absurd. I also had a daughter in the infant class and there was 1 teacher in particular who was not equipped to handle infants properly and when I expressed my concern, that teacher was so rude and nasty with both me and my husband. Anytime we came to drop off or pick up our daughter she would roll her eyes, ignore us, or give us attitude. It's sickening that these people are in the business of "taking care of children. " No one should ever send their kids here. Horrible horrible place.

Lightbridge Academy of Manalapan is amazing. Alyssa, the director goes above and beyond to help transition families into the program, she understands every child is different and some toddlers may need more time to transition. As for the teachers, and assistants; I don't know many people who are Selfless enough to love a child who isn't their own, after meeting my sons teachers (and assistants), I can safely say that I have met a handful of them; their patience, kindness, and nurturing personalities make it at ease for me to drop off my son. I would highly reccomend any parent to Lightbridge of Manalpaln.

Lightbridge Academy of Manalapan is the BEST. The school is like a family and all of the teachers are always happy and friendly. The office staff are so kind and understanding, and are always ready and willing to listen and help! The kids always seem happy and the building is super clean! I've recommended Lightbridge to many friends and will continue to do so!

Both my daughter & I love Lightbridge of Manalapan.Kids who may be apprehensive at first will quickly adjust, as the staff will lovingly reassure them every day. The beginning days were tough for her and full of tears, but Alyssa & the rest of the office assured me in time she'd be running through the halls... and she is! She LOVES going everyday, her teacher (Ms. Justine) is literally the best as are her assistants. What made me feel so comfortable going in was how well they communicated with me. I received pictures and was able to check in with their camera system which they have in every classroom as well as the playground. It's a relief to me as a mother to know that when I drop her off every morning- she will be well taken care of.Alyssa always goes above and beyond not only for the families of Lightbridge but for her staff as well. They are like a second family and if I could give them more stars I would.

We are absolutely in love with Lightbridge of Manalapan! Although my 5 month old daughter can’t communicate yet, her smile when she sees her teachers makes me know that she feels happy and safe. My 2 year old son is obsessed with his teachers and runs to the car in the morning so excited to go to day care… what more could a mom want! They are constantly stimulating his brain with science experiments, art projects, reading, dancing, yoga, the list goes on! The place is run by wonderful staff and the director is the most helpful person I’ve ever met!

Worst lightbridge ever. My daughter was enrolled in the Edison location but transferred here since we moved to the area. The entire staff is racist and neglected my 9 month old daughter on multiple occasions. I took many pictures as evidence and due to that they kicked my daughter out. She was the only mixed child in that entire school and was always left alone, turned around from the rest of the kids, left to cry, etc. Both of her teachers were extremely unfit to handle infants. Ms. Jackie looked like she was high every single time I'd see her, and Ms.Maria would always say how happy she was that all the kids were going home.. Ms.Maria is at the age that segregation was still in effect when she was younger so I believe that's why she always ignored my daughter. Alyssa is extremely fake and only cares about her employees. She ignored all of my concerns and told me I should just get a nanny for my daughter since they were unable to accommodate her for whatever reason.Barely any children are in this school so they merged infants with toddlers which is extremely unsafe. My daughter was the only one not walking in an INFANT ROOM! One child would constantly walk on and step on my daughter and when I asked for this to be avoided, they ignored me and would even take pictures of them to send to his mother. If you don't want your child to grow up racist don't send them here! I have many pictures that I can show if anyone is interested.

My two daughters have attended Lightbridge of Manalapan for the past two years. My youngest started in the young infant room and my older one started in pre-K3. So through the years, we have had experience with every level of classroom. Everyone there is amazing. All of the staff make you feel like you’re part of a family. I know that everyone of them deeply cares about every child. There has never been a moment that I worried about them being there or had an ounce of concern. My children come home talking about all sorts of things that I have learned and surprise me every day with the topics that they talk about and how much they know!I have to stay that their last day there, Wednesday, was so difficult for us. Much more difficult than their first day. Unfortunately, we live in Monroe, right on the border of Manalapan. My oldest is going into kindergarten, which is full day in Manalapan but half-day in Monroe. Because of this, Lightbridge does not have a full day kindergarten program and they unfortunately do not have a Lightbridge location in Monroe that likely would have offered this.
