So efficient and good at what they do! I take my dog to get groomed there every once in awhile and she always comes back looking beautiful! Not to mention that the groomers all clearly love what they do, as my dog is so happy to see them everytime! Just look how pretty and well kept she looks <3

I understand corporate kicked Hope for Animals out of the store. We adopted our cat from there and were happy to give them all our business. We will no longer be shopping at Pet Smart. There are plenty of other places and, for us, more convenient.

We are new customers here, as we just moved north from Ocean County. We had our dog, Nellie, groomed today at the Freehold Pet Smart. Everybody in the store was super friendly and Haley, who groomed her, did an absolutely amazing job. I asked them to make a note in the system so we could request her next time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I recently visited PetSmart and had a somewhat mixed experience. The store itself is well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of pet supplies, making it convenient for all your furry friend's needs. However, I had a disappointing encounter with an employee named David, who was the cashier at the time. Unfortunately, David's hygiene left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, it was evident that he had a strong odor, his clothing appeared unkempt, and it even seemed like he may have urinated on himself. It was particularly concerning to see that his shirt didn't fit properly, giving the impression that he may not have taken care of himself before coming to work. This lack of professionalism was off-putting and detracted from an otherwise pleasant shopping experience. Despite this, I must acknowledge that other staff members at PetSmart were friendly and helpful, assisting me in finding the items I needed for my pet. The store's layout and cleanliness were also commendable, creating a comfortable environment for customers and their pets. In conclusion, while PetSmart offers a wide range of pet products and a generally positive shopping experience, attention should be given to maintaining a professional standard of hygiene among all employees to ensure a consistently enjoyable visit for customers.

Went in for something for my sick dog, the cashier (receipt says 642642) harassed me for only buying one thing for my dog 'for Christmas'. Obnoxious. Don't know if it's the individual cashier or corporate pushing to increase sales basket that's the core problem
