DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I have PCOS and I need to get routine bloodwork. I have an appointment in October that I need to change to another location. I got blood work on 6/17…now on 7/18 I am going for an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot! The woman who took my blood on 6/17 had a hard time getting my vein to the point where I said, “ow”. Keep in mind…I have NEVER had an issue with my vein being found. She went to my other arm. After the bloodwork I bruised so badly and was so sore. Then I started getting what felt like muscle spasms in my arm. Then excruciating pain came over my arm to the point that I finally got checked out last night at urgent care. I am terrified that I have a bad bruise to my vein, nerve damage or worse…a blood clot! Had this not happened I would not have needed to pay $50 for a visit to urgent care or $170 for an ultrasound! And missing work! And I’m not rich! If something is seriously wrong with me…I will consider suing. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Woman was heavy-set Asian and she damaged my arm badly! This is NOT normal!!!!

Your technician, Jorge, aside from his skill at phlebotomy, went out of his way to make this visit pleasant and efficient. He reflects very well on your organization and should be commended.

I have been going to this Quest location for many years. I make appointments through their app and find it easy to set up my appointments that are convenient for me. By doing so, check in is easy and I am taken into the room always on time. I am very satisfied with all of the technicians( especially Jorge). I have never felt uncomfortable with the procedure and never had bad results from the needle puncture. I recommend this facility to any new patients looking for a lab.

The technician/ phlebotomist was EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn't even try to find my vein, told me I was dehydrated when I wasn't, actually GOT ANGRY at me when I told her my left arm was the best arm to use. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had a very pleasant experience. I also liked the room that had stuffed animals displayed...it was very welcoming and relaxing to see since blood work can cause anxiety.

This was by far the easiest blood work appointment I have ever had. I made my appointment online with plenty of availability to choose from and was seen on time. My phlebotomist Tessie was very efficient and got my vein on the first try, which never happens. This was the most blood I’ve ever had taken and it was the most painless appointment I’ve ever had. Didn’t feel a thing even with my very deep veins. Highly recommend seeing her for your appointment if you can!
