While their sign “alterations and tailoring”, note that they have “no fitting room” and can’t do any measurements there. They also send it off premises. This is NOT the place to go for any kind of tailoring or alterations.

Took 2 of my suits here and they came back with a very strong chemical odor, had to take them to another dry cleaner

This place is disgraceful, unprofessional and lost at least 4 of my shirts then tried to talk to me like I'm in the wrong. I would never use this place and dont recommend anyone else to even if they were the last place in the world, your better off bringing your shirts to the river and washing them against the rocks like the old days.Don't you know that the customer is always right!!!!!!

Dropped off a brand new shirt to be cleaned. When i picked it up, the back of the shirt was ripped and was sewn back together. When asking what happened, they claimed that they did not do it and didn’t even offer to pay for it. Not to mention, they use another company to do the dry cleaning and had to contact them and ask them. Horrible service and would never go back again
