“My daughter started going to this school when she was 12 months old and she’s been thriving. She moved up from the infant room to the Lobster room around 15-16 months, and I could see that she loved every bit of it. They do a lot of arts and crafts and other amazing activities such as music time, dance time, and even science experiments. She comes home everyday with a new word or song or a dance move. My daughter particularly loves the lead teacher, Ms. Barbara, and we’re so grateful for all the care and love she has received from her. Ms. Ro does an amazing job in managing the whole school. We are moving out of town and will be transferring our toddler to a different Goddard school, but we will miss this school A LOT!”

“Genius kids is an amazing daycare and has everything a parents or child needs. The staff is great, teachers are very nurturing, caring and management is always responsive and works closely together to ensure that all needs are met. My child has been attending for 4 years now and doesn’t want to leave. Genius kids is like our second home, they truly become like family. The daycare has cameras in all rooms and playgrounds accessible to parents. The food is homemade and delicious. The lessons are taught in English but there are also Russian and Hebrew classes available in the program. So many extra curriculum activities are offered as well such as sports and dancing. I highly recommend Genius kids and will continue to recommend even after my kids graduate.”

“As first-time parents we needed to find the right place where our son could learn, socialize with other children, and be well cared for. KinderCare has been the perfect place for that.

My son started when he was 20 months old. He didn’t talk much, didn’t socialize, didn’t follow instructions, wouldn’t try new foods, and only want it to sleep in our arms. Ms. Jenny and Ms. Lori were so patient with him. They’ve taught him so much.

When he first started, he only said “mama,” “papa,” and “tete.” Just a week later, he came home saying two colors! Now he doesn’t stop talking. He socializes with other kids, says hello whenever he walks into a place, and has learned his colors, numbers 1-20, the alphabet, body parts, and animals. He can say his name and age when asked, sleeps in his own bed, knows lots of songs, and has become so independent.

All of this and so much more he learned since starting here. He only goes three days a week since March, and I’ve already seen so many positive changes in him. I couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Now It’s been almost a year since he started and he loves to go to school. He gets up in the mornings excited and walks right in through the doors with a smile. All the teachers, directors are welcoming and approachable. We are bilingual (mostly Spanish at home) I was afraid he wouldn’t catch on, or learn the material. “Our kids have been going to Apple Hill Academy for the last 3 years and we love the school. My oldest graduated pre K and and is now thriving in kindergarten thanks to all the knowledge she gained at Apple Hill! I toured quite a few schools in the area before choosing and I was very impressed how quick they were to respond and answer all of my questions, Helene was polite, welcoming, and scheduled our tour right away. Our daughter loved it from the first day and has made many friends there. I like the fact that the kids do a combination of crafts, scholastic activities and outside play. They also learn word in spanish, sign language and learn about well being and calming techniques. They are exposed to different sports, cultures, learn about different holidays, foods/recipes and career choices. We will continue to take our kids here and highly recommend to family and friends!”

“This is a wonderful preschool for my Grandson. His teacher Miss Christina is very patient with him and I can tell she is passionate about her job! She cares for all the children equally. Also I love the way the school is ran and the different classes and programs they have to offer. Miss Danielle does such a great job with putting that school together as the Director. If you are looking for a place you could trust with your children, do not hesitate to bring them here. Even in the baby room, those teachers are A + and treat every single baby with so much care and compassion.”

One of the best parts of the summer camp is the daily trips they take, which both of my kids get to enjoy together. “I was looking for a good place for my son and found A Step Ahead preschool- I couldn’t be happier with our experience for the full year + The summer camp. All of the teachers are very sweet and are always supportive towards parents and children. I loved the fact that it is very small facility so my toddler had a chance to gradually transition into a new environment and teachers made their best to comfort him. He made great friends, created many art works, we had many celebrations there. Everything was well planned and communicated ahead. One thing that was very important to me is their strict sick policy—they don’t allow sick kids to attend, which means fewer illnesses spread. In her old daycare, my daughter was sick every two weeks, but since switching, she’s only been sick once in the entire year!
