Wheel was making a noise that was driving me crazy. I dropped it off in the morning and they diagnosed and fixed by afternoon. I was expecting to be told it was a major issue and big $. But they were honest and said it was a minor issue and charged me next to nothing. I appreciated their honesty and fairness the most.
