Extremely disappointed with UPS service. My package was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo clearly shows it was left at the wrong location—not my porch. Despite my security camera confirming no delivery, UPS dismissed my claim solely based on GPS data, ignoring clear photographic evidence of the incorrect delivery.
This experience demonstrates unacceptable negligence and poor customer support. If accurate deliveries matter to you, consider other shipping options. UPS urgently needs to improve its handling of delivery issues.
Would NOT recommend.

Pathetic experience at this UPS store yesterday. Came in with 6 boxes to ship and needed to print the UPS labels to slap on the boxes. Guy tells me it’ll cost $3.50 to print each label. I thought he was joking… $21 to print 6 pieces of paper?
He wasn’t joking. He made a big deal about it… and then spent 5 minutes trying to login to his computer.
I walked out… drove 12min to another UPS store and they knocked out my shipments in 5minutes.
Guess how much they charged to print my labels? $0 …. Didn’t even ask for a dime. They printed the labels and now have a customer for life
