The lady with the glasses has no idea what she is doing. I had to argue with her to prove my package was at this destination. Thankfully, the other lady was more helpful and actually went to look for my package which she found so thank you to her.

my package has been stuck here for 10 days. outrageously slow, not compared to Jamaica NY but still slow if u know what i mean
