The lady with the glasses has no idea what she is doing. I had to argue with her to prove my package was at this destination. Thankfully, the other lady was more helpful and actually went to look for my package which she found so thank you to her.

We have a daily pick up scheduled with Post Office. They routinely miss out pickup. The number listed in this office never answers. And we are a pretty big stop, around 100 packages per day. Unfortunately, post office doesn't have a system where you can talk to a supervisor and file a complaint. Hopefully today our mail would be picked up. We never know

The age old statement of, 'if there was an option for no stars, I would.'
They lost a package when I first moved to Morganville, which is still not resolved, they swept it under the carpet.
And now, yesterday I was to receive a package, it never came, and the status read, 'at customer request package is being held for pickup.' Which I DID NOT request! Incompetent...

while I will admit the counter service people provide service with a smile, my mail hasn't been delivered in two weeks and when you try calling the local number, no one answers the phone with an explanation. Terrible service and whoever is the Manager just doesn't care about the people they are supposed to serve

I love this post office. Tge people here know what they're doing and are so helpful. I tend to go at 9:30am and it's never been busy at that time. I had I ternational mail to send and they helped me figure out the customs forms. I'm so thankful for their help. I've had my mail held while I was away and everything was delivered properly once I returned home. FYI Informed delivery let's you know what mail to expect and report missing mail.

Tried calling them instead of waiting on a line in person. Was better off going in and ripping my hair out right in front of them. The phone service makes you grind your teeth constantly talking to a computer repeating yourself 100 times for them to hear and understand you. 10 minutes into the phone call and I’m still trying to get redirected to an actual human. I ended up hanging up the phone before I smashed it. Usps is one big joke of a postal service.

The counter people are very helpful they try to help you get your mail and packages out at the lease cost to the customer they seem to do everything they can to try and help
