Custom ordered a cake. Staff was amazing. However, for $10 to add strawberries blueberries and raspberries is not worth it. There weren't any raspberries in the cake and the fruit amount was nothing. The cake itself was very dry. Not worth $50. I'll get my cakes elsewhere from now on. But great staff!

Wegmans offers so many great items. The bakery section at this Wegmans was spectacular, but the aisles were pretty cramped and crowded. The rest of the store was well organized and easy to navigate.

We like Wegman’s for the fruit and vegetables. The meat I have noticed multiple times is packaged with good pieces strategically on top in the packaging with much less desired pieces on the bottom. For this alone, I take 2 stars off of what I would normally give them. This is weighted due to how much the packaged meat costs to be purposefully deceived many times over. Not a coincidence at this point.

complained about an employee experience one year and they called the cops lol guess they had too much problems they deem u wrong and make u look bad. this the same place that had a rude employee at the start of covid that got spit on and they called the cops on the guy. u got ppl spitting on ur employees thats how bad it is.

Stinky chicken meat, bad customer rep.
Not impressed by our last experience. We've recently switched to Wegmans because their meat section has family size options and we don't do costco.
We had purchased 100$ worth of family pack chicken meat a week ago. We froze the meat immediately. When I opened 2 of the packages a week later, the meat had rotten egg odor. Clean chicken meat has ZERO smell.
When I called the customer service, the rep said if it's expired the store can't take it back if I don't have a receipt (I threw away the receipt). And I guess the meat expired 2 days after my purchase (that should not be the case).
She however failed to inform me that all my receipts are recorded on my shoppers card. By the time the customer service rep put me on hold, I also called another Wegmans to ask if they can pull up my purchases and they were more than helpful. We almost lost a 100$ had I not googled for this information and did not retrieve my receipt.
We already had to drive an hour to get this fixed. So please train the staff to present all information to the customers, especially with returns and not to be hostile when a customer is frustrated when they get told 100$ worth of meat is lost. WHEN in fact, it can be returned.

Wegmans is nice store! But very expensive here. Really prices here too much and high for products! A lot of items, everything is clean, good, but only high cost for each product.

This is a great store inside But the parking lot is very tight and tends to get quite crazy especially on the weekends It actually made me kind of nervous trying to find a spot. The store inside is fantastic everything's very fresh and clean and well maintained.

Don’t do instacart or pickup here they suck. They are always late and never apologize for anything. Their excuse is cancel the order if you don’t like it.

Today I stopped by to pick up a wedding/going-away gift for my physical therapist.
This is the amazing decorations that Gianna and Evelyn (Bakery) arranged for the cake. I am astounded! How beautiful. ?
This Wegmans has been a pillar of our community for many years. They hire courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff and associates.
Thanks to all the departments who work hard to keep everything stocked fresh and ready-to-go.
