Be sure you call this store before you pick up a prescription, especially if you are told it will be there by a certain date - twice I was told it would be there and twice it wasn’t.

My wife and I shopped today at CVS. We walked away with some great bargains, many things we needed, and did exceedingly well with our coupons. The shelves were well stocked, the staff was very helpful, and as a result we found everything we needed and more. Thanks CVS!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with hands down. They dont pick up the phone. They should just close . Nobody is in charge. They get something wrong ever single time and there is no accountability . I give it 5 negative stars.

The two women today at the store checkout in the front are rude and unpleasant. If they smiled and said thank you I think their faces would crack. They are the first impression people get when they walk in the store and it’s not a good one.

This pharmacy has a tough job. The influx of summer residents, who at times can be very demanding and impatient, seems to overflow at 930 a.m. when the pharmacy opens. I just wanted to leave a review that mentioned despite this, the staff always works hard to please everyone and make sure their prescriptions are ready and correctly filled. Betsy in the pharmacy is extremely helpful and efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly, she makes it a pleasure to shop at the Manasquan CVS.

Impossible to connect to a human being on the phone. Very frustrating when i urgently need my medications refilled and i’m talking to a robot who cannot help me. Not coming back here. Fix the robot on the phone, impossible to connect to the pharmacy and talk to a human.

Scheduled a vaccination with the pharmacy online, and when I arrived I checked in, was called within 1 min, waited maybe another 2-3 min, then I had my shot from a very kind lady and I was on my way! So quick and easy, everything was ready when I arrived, and service with a smile. Thanks CVS Pharmacy team!

Horrible counter service. Cashier complained that I used cash. Cash is the US currency and should not be called dirty, plus she complained that it takes her too long to make change. Then she dropped the money all over the counter for me to pick up. If she doesn't want to do transactions she should find another job. I also mentioned that the greeting card section was severely under stocked and she ignored the feedback saying "not my problem". This is not the first time I have had dealings with this woman. Should not be the face of CVS. Figured it's time to speak up. Store has gone downhill since expanding.
