I recently had a disappointing experience. I had booked a room for my husband's 35th birthday, which happened to be a last-minute decision made the week of. I had stayed at the hotel once before, years ago. Shortly after booking, our plans took an unexpected turn. My husband's father experienced a medical emergency requiring surgery, prompting my husband to fly out to be with his family on that day and thereafter. In the midst of this crisis, I reached out to the hotel within 24 hours of making the reservation, hoping to either obtain a refund or reschedule our stay to a future weekend.
The response I received was disheartening. The hotel staff suggested that I find someone to fill the room if I wanted any sort of accommodation regarding my booking. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, the hotel claimed it was too late, overlooking the fact that my request had been made within a 24-hour window of booking. On the day of our scheduled check-in, I noticed an email reminder, prompting me to contact the hotel again to reiterate our inability to honor the reservation. I would caution anyone considering a stay at this establishment to be wary of their policies and level of empathy towards their guests' circumstances.

We stayed in room 305. The room was beautiful. We loved sitting on the little deck in the morning. The only complaint was that the walk in shower needs to have safety bars installed. I have Polio and I had hard time balancing in the shower. Even if you have some elderly guests having safety bars would make their stay perfect.

We spent our wedding night here in Room 206 and absolutely loved it.The rooms were ready even before the 4pm checkin time, which allowed me time to set it up before the wedding. The room was designed very well for a romantic night - with a fireplace, wine opener, mini fridge, wine glasses etc all waiting for us. We loved that there was coffee with real milk.As my new wife says "They understood the assignment. "One suggestion I would make is to add a second chair by the fireplace, so a couple can sit by the fire together. Also, we tried calling and emailing a few times and were unable to reach anyone. Despite that, the checkin process was seamless and we had no problem getting in at 1am after our wedding.Thank you for a wonderful wedding night!

Nice clean rooms. Love the No-hassle self check in. Despite other reviewer’s complaints, I had no issue with parking right behind the Inn at rush-hour on a Friday during peak Summer season. Overall fairly quiet. If you’re on the second floor, you’re going to hear music until the restaurant closes but that was expected. I heard zero traffic noise on second floor room at back of Inn.Happy to find a room not far from Manasquan beach at a reasonable price, good accommodations, and convenient to everything Manasquan has to offer.

We stayed here over the weekend. Very nice rooms. Clean. Spacious. Got that B&B vibe. My bed was soft, although a bit lumpy. Contactless check-in and check-out were kind of neat, though. We just typed in the last 4 digits of our phone number, and we were in. Not the type of place for those requiring a lot of maintenance. Restaurant is directly below the rooms. Very convenient. Nice little shops all on the same road.

The room was fantastic! Fireplace and balcony with plenty of space. Parking situation not ideal especially since they ask you to not use the entrance in the parking lot side and my time there was very rainy.Walkability: We walked to a burrito place our first night. There was a pizza place across the street we didn't make it to and an additional restaurant right next door.

Overall, the accommodations were nice.My only issue was the noise from the a/c.When we first heard it, I assumed there was a private air strip nearby. I've never heardsuch an intrusive and sustained windy noise from an air conditioning vent...ever.
