Had such a great experience with Jersey Shore Moving & Storage! The process was super easy from the start. We set up a Facetime call to walk through the items I needed moved and quickly scheduled a date. The crew showed up right on time and worked carefully and efficiently to pack everything. I even had a couple of last minute furniture additions, and they were so kind and flexible about adding them to the truck and making sure they got placed exactly where they needed to be. They unpacked everything and neatly organized it into storage. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, Jersey Shore Moving!

5 stars are not enough! From my first phone call to them to the move out to their storage facility, they have been professional, efficient, empathetic and flexible. We have had to change dates twice and Jersey Shore Moving took it all in stride. I couldn't rate them more highly!!

Booked my daughters move from Colorado to California with the owner Charla on June 6th. Spoke to her to her many times and she confirmed everything was taken care of with the movers across country and the storage company in California to move July 10th . A week before the move I follow up to learn the move was never booked and the California storage company knew nothing about it. When I called Charla several times in a panic she said “Don’t you trust me?l. I’ll call and get it straightened out and call you back. No call back. After several hours I
Spoke to Kathy the office manager who said Charla was MIA and there must be some explanation. Never got one. She never booked my move. Well I had to scramble three days before my daughters move to find a new company. Unreliable, UNPROFESSIONAL and Uncaring. Do not use Jersey Shore Movers. HORRIBLE.

Mover Beware!
We contracted with Adam from Jersey Shore Moving to bring our furniture from Middletown to Maryland. Very prompt responses, quotes and service….Until the movers lost bolts to our bed, broke trim on a buffet and scratched our floor. All of this was documented and acknowledged by the company. It’s been six weeks and in spite of numerous calls (daily) Adam, nor Kathy ( office manager)have answered the phone nor returned our calls.
What is so surprising is we used JSM&S prior with good results, enough so we went to them first for this move. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in the lack of response or customer service. RJ(dispatcher) was the only individual to answer the phone but to date has not fixed our issues, this is in spite of us calling a furniture repair service locally and providing that information to him.
Would not recommend for any move service, period.
Ps. Furniture was just repaired at my cost, $410. Such poor service and experience for such a trivial amount.

These guys were terrific and managed to move us with our crazy closing dates and also moved us in the pouring rain great workers and Phil was very kind and accommodating. Great company !! Thumbs Up All the way!!!

Hired Jersey Shore moving and storage to move my ederly parents and the experience was very disappointing. They were overcharged by several hundred dollars above the high end of the estimated price. The company’s explanation was that the move took longer than anticipated This was surprising because I was told by a company representative that the final cost would be closer to the lower end of the quoted price range. I asked to have the company owner contact me about this overcharge and if I did not receive a call I would be posting an accurate review of my experience. I have not heard from the owner and that is why this review is being posted. Additionally, upon unpacking the next day we discovered that several labeled boxes of glassware were broken.
. My parents are retired and on a fixed income .I would not recommend this company and would advise anyone to be wary.

Having used Jersey Shore Moving in the past I knew the service would be good. This time there was no exception - starting with Hank and getting the estimate, dealing with Kathy in the Office with scheduling to the actual move and the three incredible movers, we couldn't be more pleased with the ease and pleasure dealing with professional, courteous, friendly group. We would recommend them to others.

We can’t say enough positive things about Jersey Shore Moving and Storage. We had 5-6 men help us move our four bedroom home to our new home an hour away. I was stressing about this move since I have an infant. They made the entire process stress free. The team was on time and professional. They took their time to meticulously cover and wrap all furniture pieces. We had a lot of pieces from couches, desks, dressers, beds, to arcade games, glass cabinets, and baby furniture. Everything arrived without a scratch. They are efficient while taking their time to keep our belongings safe. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
