Place doesn't look clean compared to other labcorps. Waiting time is sucks & they didn't clean or sanitize the room I used to get my blood out. Definitely nor recommend it.

Kathleen M is amazing. So efficient and made my experience quick and easy for bloodwork. She goes above and beyond. I have never had an easier and better experience for bloodwork. She is great. In addition to all her other roles she’s an amazing phlebotomist, I never even felt the needle going in. There was no wait time, she immediately took me upon arriving.

This Labcorp staff is rude and treats the patients like trash.
It’s shameful & shocking the way they work. There is no supervision in this place.

What a hard job this staff has! So many patients, the majority walk-ins. The waiting room is packed in the mornings and there is a very efficient, but lean staff to do all of the administrative things that need to be done, registering patients and orders. When you have an appointment, my experience is that you are immediately moved to the front of the line. I realize it is difficult to get appointments due to demand at this location, but that is never going to change. I do not go unless I can get an appointment. I find the staff very hard-working. Any waits are not due to anyone slacking off, but rather demand that outweighs the number of staff. Tip: If you need labwork right away and can't get an appointment, try another location. I drive from Brielle to Lakewood routinely, because there is much more availability and it is far less busy. Not fun to have to drive there, but beats being in a waiting room with some patients who are unwell, for long periods of time. I commented to a worker there about coffee this morning and learned they don't have a coffeemaker at this location? That is ridiculous! What workplace doesn't provide their workers with access to coffee? Not good, LabCorp!

Never had so much pain from a simple blood test then my last appt. No idea what happened but still have a pain where blood retrieved, never experienced this in my 68 years living, been 7 days and feels like a ball or Rock near injection site on arm.
Update- day 20 and still feel pain. Still waiting for LC to contact me direct? They have my info!

Horrible experience. Staff do not seem to care that people are there waiting over two hours. They get through one person every 15 minutes. Disorganized. I left after waiting an hour there and drove 15 minutes to the location on route 33 in Neptune and was in and out in five minutes and dealt with a much friendlier staff, not sure what is wrong with this location management needs to get involved. Elderly people in the waiting room for over two hours is unacceptable.

Dyshera made the experience really wonderful. She went above and beyond. There were some issues with the prescription and she took her time to straighten everything out. She not only worked the check in area where she processed the prescription and paperwork but she jumped in to also do the phlebotomy drawing the blood for my daughter. My daughter had been fasting and I was worried that she may have had to come back due to some issues with the prescription but Dyshera made everything possible so my daughters labwork would be done while we were there. Additionally, when she knew there was alittle bit of a back up she called another employee over to ask them to go to room 2 to let someone else waiting know that she will be right there. She was conscientious to think of each person waiting. She is the type of person that helps to remove the stress out of a situation, she happens to be an amazing phlebotomist, and treats the patient with care. I have been coming to this Labcorp location for many years and I have had some good experiences and some not so great but with Dyshera there it was a wonderful experience. It’s evident that she is an important member of Labcorp’s team and a true asset to the company.

Best experience at a labcorps I’ve had - clean & beautiful location with a friendly and efficient staff from the front desk to the blood draw. They clearly care about people and it shows. I went at 7:30 on a weds and was out by 8 with a complex set of labs to pull. Highly recommend.

Since Labcorp on Atlantic Avenue was booked two weeks out, I decided to take a chance as a walk-in patient. I arrived at 7:20am and was done by 7:50am! The employees all around could not have been more pleasant, accommodating and professional! Thank you for a great experience one again!

Worst patient service imaginable. You can't even really give a fair rating because they simply don't speak to you. You just get completely ignored at the reception window. If you hate your job that much, work elsewhere.

This place is super busy so it’s hard to earn positive reviews. I recently came here to get lab work.. but they did not pull all the necessary labs. The initial response was insisting that they wouldn’t have not pulled the labs, despite me explaining there are 3 pages to the script. After 20 minutes of the team looking into it - we found they did not pull all the labs (aka exactly why I was returning to Labcorp). No accountability was taken - no “sorry about that” and they made me wait all over again. There was no human decency about it and I was as calm and kind as could be despite my frustration.
