“I would recommend this LabCorp office over any others in the area. Kathy, who checked me in at the desk was very personable and efficient. Ann L, the phlebotomist was very gentle and sweet. I never felt a thing! wait time was approximately 10 to 15 minutes once I checked in at the kiosk. Extremely clean environment and pleasant staff overall.”
“EASY & EFFICIENT: Pre registered providing info requested then used my phone to sign in at the Quest location. (less than 1 minute to sign in). Waited 5 minutes for a tech then appointment (blood & urine tests) took 7 minutes. That's to fastest testing appointment I've ever experienced! Amazing!”

“I am SOOOO happy that I chose this quest location, and this lab to have my titers for work done on a truly tight timeline! The phlebotomist who helped me- my gosh I wish I had asked for her name, because she was absolutely lovely! There was not 50 people sitting in the waiting room like other labs. It’s appointment only I believe which makes it so much easier. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room while I was in there- this was at 9 am on a Saturday morning! I was shocked! But this phlebotomist did the smoothest job of getting my blood within 1 try. Not an easy thing for anyone. She was professional yet personable. Just a wonderful soul! I was so grateful to see my titers done by Sunday morning. I needed them done for my dream job I will now start soon thanks to quest. I paid for these and it was welllllll worth it. This is the best lab I have ever been to!”

Nancy, Julia, and all the others (sorry, I don't know all your names!) are the nicest staff ever. “The location and facilities are reasonably convenient, but I was especially impressed with Arnold, my phlebotomist. He was unhurried, careful and focused, compassionate about accommodating my broken wrist, and personable. I read other past unfavorable reviews about staff but I have only the highest marks for Arnold.”

“Very busy lab. Laurie at the front is fabulous and with the patience of a saint. Check in instructions are very clear, yet people still ignore the signs. Walk in's take longer but booking on line is easy. Never have had an issue with the phlebotomists.”
“Consuelo at the desk is the most extraordinary person. She is knowledgeable, personable, and successfully multitasks with a smile. When I met her she was single-handedly dealing with clients at the front desk ( Labcorp, get her some help during workers’ lunch breaks!). She should be training workers because she’s the optimal combination of skill and caring. I will be attending this location because I know the process will be correct and streamlined. Thank you so much!”

“Contrary to the many negative reviews here, mine was a good experience. Nobody likes taking exams. The staff that checked me in were friendly and professional, and we had a nice little chat after I passed my exam.
The facility is clean. The computer I took my exam on worked without issue too.
My one minor complaint was the noise from the road traffic. I was seated closest to the window at it was a little load. Just something to note and it didn't really distract me. Just something to note about.”

“The staff is professional, welcoming, and very friendly. There is almost no wait time, and I was shocked to receive my blood results the very next day! This is by far the fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced for lab work. Highly recommend if you want to get in and out quickly.”
