Our daughters have been attending this TLE for nearly 2 years now and it’s a great place. The staff is so caring and really take the time to get to know the families.
Everyone we’ve interacted with is amazing but these fantastic people are some of the standouts:
Angie in the infant room is such a welcoming presence during those first days dropping your baby off. Our daughter took to her right away and as we got to know her, we saw why. Caity is also an integral part of the team and she's sooooo loving with the babies. I was never anxious about leaving my baby with them and they always gave amazing feedback on how our daughter was developing and if they noticed any changes in her habits or demeanor. Even though our daughter graduated to the toddler room, Angie always says hi and catches up with our daughter when she can.
Ashley and Riley are a great transition into the toddler rooms. They are organized and keep the room light and fun. I don’t know when they find the time but they always have a cute hallway board set up with updated photos so we can see what the kids are up to. Our 1 year old is having a blast and learning so much there.
Jenna is another amazing toddler teacher. She effortlessly keeps her calm and is always smiling. She gives great updates on the kids each day at pick up so I know she’s got her eye on the details as they’re growing.
Kelsey and Caitlin in the prepper/preschool room are so successful at rallying the three-nagers, keep up with a curriculum, and make sure the kids have fun! Their projects for holidays are also so creative! Our 3 year old has started coming out of her shell under their direction.
I don’t think the front desk gets enough credit. Julia and Aga are great and often our first contact each morning at drop off. They keep things running smoothly and the fact that they know all the parents/guardians makes me feel confident they are stopping anyone who doesn’t look familiar.

My daughter has been going to TLE in manasquan now for about 6 months- as a first time mom I was extremely nervous about sending my daughter to daycare. She started in the infant room at around 6 months old with Ms Angie and I could not be happier that she did. Ms Angie looked after my daughter like she was her own and made me feel so comfortable with dropping her off there each day. It’s so nerve wracking leaving your child in the care of others hoping that they’ll give them the same love and attention that you do and I can say for a fact that Ms Angie has done that for my daughter. My daughter has recently transitioned out of the infant room and Ms Angie still makes the effort to see my daughter when she can. Everyone at TLE manasquan has been amazing thus far as well (shout out to the girls up front as well who are always so friendly and welcoming) and I can’t wait to watch my daughter grow there!

We are very happy to have our daughter here. Brooke and Sam are amazing, and I always feel comfortable knowing my daughter is safe and cared for with them. They are patient, loving, and always attentive.

My son attends The Learning Experience in Manasquan, and I can't say enough wonderful things about his teacher, Ms. Deja. From the moment I drop him off each day, I feel completely at ease knowing he is in her loving and caring hands. She radiates kindness, joy, and positivity, creating a warm and happy environment for all the children. Her patience is truly remarkable, and she approaches every child with understanding and compassion. Ms. Deja’s genuine love for her students shines through in everything she does.
I also want to share how much we appreciate the girls at the front desk. They are always so sweet, kind, and welcoming. Every morning when my son and I walk in, they greet us with big smiles and so much happiness, making him feel truly loved. Their warmth and positivity set such a wonderful tone for the day, and we are so thankful for all that they do.
We are beyond lucky to have such amazing people caring for our son, and I wholeheartedly recommend The Learning Experience in Manasquan!

We have been so happy with our experience at TLE manasquan! Our son first started in Ms. Kelsey and Ms. Caitlin’s class and they made it the most seamless transition for our little guy who was just starting day care after being home for two years. Now he is in Ms. Annemarie and Ms. Gina’s class and they are amazing! He loves going to school every day because of them!

It’s really not the school itself or the curriculum that is the issue with this school. I have waited a long time to write my genuine opinion on here and since my son is no longer enrolled I’m going to. I would not recommend this school to any parent or teacher looking for a safe, professional, and nurturing environment. As both a former employee and a parent who enrolled my own child here, I have seen firsthand the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the owner. She fabricates information, has no filter, and consistently behaves in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner.
I recently scheduled a meeting regarding my child, expecting a discussion about his progress and well-being. Instead, the owner used the meeting as an opportunity to attack my character, making it entirely about me rather than my son. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Additionally, the turnover rate at this school is extremely high. they will hire just about anyone to fill positions, which raises serious concerns about the quality of care and education being provided. There is no stability for the children, as teachers and staff come and go constantly.
Despite the many flaws in leadership, Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Annmarie are truly incredible teachers. They are dedicated, patient, and genuinely care about the children. If it weren’t for them, I would have removed my child much sooner.
If you are looking for a school with strong leadership, professionalism, and a stable teaching staff, I highly advise looking elsewhere.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about TLE - Manasquan. Both of my children attend, and we have had such a positive experience. I especially want to highlight the infant room, where my son is cared for by the amazing Ms. Angie. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it is clear how much she genuinely loves and cares for the babies. Knowing that my son is in such good hands every day gives me so much peace of mind.
My older son is in the Preppers room with Ms. Caitlin and Ms. Kelsey, and they have been incredible in helping him transition to a new daycare. Their support, patience, and encouragement made all the difference in making him feel comfortable and excited to go each day.
The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized. I love how they communicate with parents and keep us updated on our children's daily activities. If you're looking for a trustworthy daycare, I highly recommend TLE!

We are happy with our son's experience at TLE in Manasquan. Currently, his teachers Miss Brooke and Miss Sam are excellent in their genuine care and concern for the children. Our son is often laughing in the photo updates we see or talking about his two best friends that he enjoys playing with every day. Previously, he had Miss Deja who he enjoyed as well, and we know she continues to look out for him. We've seen a great development from him over the years and know that he is safe.

Since we just move to the country we did our research and checked several places before joining - I have to say that that was the best decision ever! We have two kids there - age 3 and 4,5 and I am trilled seeing my kids running-in the daycare to their teachers and their new friends. Learning tools, materials, creativity of the teachers, consistent progress and learning evaluations, access to the app that shows in pictures all the activities of a child, organized events, theme days, learning sign language plus another language, outdoor activities in protected playground area, welcoming staff, holidays gifts from teachers and the daycare and the owner that knows everyones name - means a lot! Thank you TLE Manesquan!

I would like to just highlight some of the bad reviews on here. 🚨 Please READ 🚨 these before you decide to send your children here I was made aware that teachers are forced to come in sick and bring their illness around your children. That is disgraceful.
Higher better people and hire more people!

We are so happy we chose The Learning Experience-Manasquan for daycare! My son started in the infant room with Ms. Angie, Ms. Angelica, and Ms. Ashley. They all welcomed him with open arms and treated him like he was their own. I never had to worry about how he was doing during the day because his teachers were all so amazing. I loved seeing all of the pictures on the app throughout the day of my son smiling and enjoying himself with his teachers.
My son is now in the toddler class with Ms. Ashley and Ms. Ashley and is doing amazingly. He has grown and learned so much since starting daycare. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Ashley are always doing such great things with the students. My son is always smiling and happy at pick up which makes us so happy that he loves his teachers and friends so much.
Ms. Angie, Ms. Angelica, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Ashley have really played an important role in my son's growing, and fostering a love of exploring and learning. They have helped my son transition from home to the infant class and now to the toddler class seamlessly. We are so lucky to have these teachers!
The whole staff of The Learning Experience is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We are so happy with our choice to have our son attend this daycare!

For the past 5 years our daughter has attended TLE in Manasquan, and with happy tears we are now ready for the next stage. Thank you so much to everyone who has help mold our daughter, especially Miss Mary who has prepared her for kindergarten, she is so ready bc of you. your care for her, showing her the excitement about the world (we cannot pass a map or globe without discussing states, continents or oceans) we will be buying a globe this weekend so she can continue to talk about where she wants to travel. ??
We will miss you much!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the decision we made to send our son here for daycare. Not only has it been a positive experience for us, but he absolutely loves going! Miss Angie and Miss Ashley were incredible with him as an infant. Not only that, but they even helped make his transition from the infant class to the toddler class he is in now as seamless as possible by spending time with him the first few days, just to get him comfortable with the move (which we loved!). Now he is with Miss Deja and Miss Nicole and they are equally as incredible with him. They always have so many fun, educational things planned for the day. You can tell they genuinely care, which is important to us. Whenever we get sent updated pictures of him, he’s having such a blast, which is very comforting. It’s really nice knowing that, while we can’t be with him, he’s in such good hands!

My daughter is in the toddler room. Our kid loves going to daycare every day (which every parent knows that, that is truly a blessing)! She has so much fun with all the activities the teachers come up with! They are so creative !! Not only is my kid enjoying herself with playtime, she is learning so much too! Every activity is picked intentionally to spark, intrigue, and develop them mentally, physically, and emotionally! We are extremely impressed with this place! It truly is a LEARNING EXPERIENCE !! We owe it all to the teachers. Specifically, Miss Deja and Miss Nicole are exceptional ! We also love Miss brook and Miss Kelly - they love every kid like their own!
Our baby started out in the infant room at 8 months old and we’re so grateful to have strong teachers like Miss Angelica and Miss Ashley to guide us through that tough transition. My husband and I call them the baby whisperers. We are so happy we chose the Learning experience in manasquan and highly recommend!!
