“We chose this funeral home after we met with Fred, the Funeral Director, because we immediately felt we were getting a more personal experience. We also liked the fact that it is a Family owned business. Fred, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time, was not rushing us along and had some great suggestions. Additionally, about a week after our Mom's funeral we received a call from one of their Aftercare Estate specialist, who went over our next steps and answered any questions we had. They were also willing to assist us in this process. In addition, , we were able to speak to professionals regarding any specific questions we had regarding the estate. This was all extremely helpful since we were at a loss as to what we needed to do. It was definitely an added bonus in selecting Manchester Memorial Funeral Home and all has been complimentary.”
