Had blood work done today, June 6, at 10:30 am.. everyone was pleasant. I gave them 3 stars because the person that took my blood,it seemed all went well, until my bandage got loose.. the needle spot had a blood bubble. 1/2 inch in diameter. I called when I got home, call went to voicemail. I started to ice it now tonight, it's black and blue... Never HAD this experience there before..

Have been coming to this location monthly for the last 3 months. I’ve been to many LabCorp’s so many are so very disappointing This LabCorp runs quite efficiently. I always have an appointment simply because I know I need monthly bloodwork and the appointment definitely speed things up. The staff is very kind and accommodating This one is cleaner than most and the staff gets you in and out. I don’t think I’ve been there for more than 10 to 15 minutes from check-in to blood draw to leaving. I will continue to use location for all future bloodwork.

Coleen was amazing ! Definitely the best experience I’ve had at labcorp in several years. Would recommend this whiting/Manchester location especially if you can do it in the afternoon and/or with apt !

I was there today the phlebotomist wasn’t good missed my vein and had the temp set to 75 in there, the place was dirty just turning people in and out never even bothered to clean the stations in between patients. Would never go there again.

A few months ago I would have given this facility 5 stars. They always had everything running so smooth, you were in and out in no time. I would check in the person taking my information would also be the person drawing my blood, it was like a well oiled machine. Recently I don’t know what has changed but it is horrible. They have no idea what is going on, the wait is very long and last time there they couldn’t even tell if I was a walk in or appointment, I never go without an appointment and they scheduled me in as a walk in. I don’t know why there was such a drastic change but please check into it. I would like to go back to giving a 5 star rating.

The phlebotomist and staff that helps with paperwork are great! Always pleasant and helpful, BUT the staff at the window lacks common courtesy. The experience with the kiosk is horrible. There is no one to help seniors who stand there staring not knowing what to do. These kiosks are made to help the staff behind the window, not the patient. I witnessed someone who was dropping off a urine sample walk out and throw it out because they were told they needed to "check-in" when they were already there for blood in the morning (and told by another staff member to just bring the urine back in and drop it off at the window in the afternoon.) Hire Walmart checkout staff to assist with the kiosk.

Very understaffed!!! Had early morning appointments on two separate days. Had to leave both times due to walk-ins getting in ahead of me. They are not keeping appointment times and some of us have to go to work.

I've been coming here for years, and my experience is that all your phlebotomists were great. I drive 10 miles out of my way to come here. More recently, these past two times I have had the worst experience with your newer phlebotomist. She is completely impersonal, doesn't listen, and I've been bruised twice now by her. Today because she pushed down on the needle while it was in my arm because she said I was "tense". I'm tense because she was hurting me.All the other staff is really wonderful and skilled, but I'm not going to come here if I am to keep getting this individual.

You need to hire more staff here. And you need to have a system for specimen drop off. The wait to drop off a sample after having to sign in is rediculous while the waiting room is full and the staff is slammed.

Today was my first time there and it was great. I made an appointment, received an email with everything I needed to do. After I walked in, Lacey called me, entered my information in the computer and also drew my blood. She was very patient as I don't give up my blood easily !!(my fault)I didn't feel a thing and the whole experience was fantastic.
