Customer service was rude. Called Lowe’s in Manchester, NJ to get some information of who to call in Reference about a refrigerator I bought and still under the warranty. This lady gave me a quick number to call 88Lowes. I wanted to ask her another question and she just said, call that number and hang up on me. I wasn’t expecting that type of behavior of someone who answers the phone for living.

Had to drive to a second Lowe’s because they couldn’t order in stock microwave from first location tried to order on line the installation was 150 online 220 in store and no resolution on that was told oh well awful customer service

My wife purchased a new washing machine and the associate said there was a “$150 rebate from JCP&L”. It was not true. JCP&L laughed. Lowes should have given us a $150 gift card but they didn’t. Get rebate sales pitches in writing.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only annoying part is the solar salesman. The older one that's there sometimes is very aggressive and extremely rude, especially when you're not interested in his sales speech.

I have been a customer since they opened,they have the products I needed,the people who are experiencined to install them when necessary, and the employees to help you choose,I have a credit card (Lowes) and ask for gift cards from my family when they ask. Thanks Lowes!

Got ripped off yesterday in the lumber department plywood $47 1/2-in plywood young salesman told me they put a 25% increase because I Mr Trump the wood's been sitting here over 2 weeks who said the wood comes from Canada Home Depot has that for $37 I'm pissed that they jacked up the price because they're taking advantage of what the president's doing

SAM IS THE BEST!!! i am always completely lost in these stores. i usually have trouble finding someone to help me and a lot of times when i do, i get mediocre help or sent to some isle number to figure it out on my own. granted, my questions are generally simple and probably common knowledge to most so i could see how it would be annoying to deal w me however today i had a completly different experience after having the pleasure of running into sam. he was so kind and patient w me and took the extra time to thoroughly explain everything to me and ensure i had the correct equipment. he even showed me how to operate my drill! its been stressful trying to get this project done for someone and sam just made my day so much better!! i hope he is valued as an employee as much as i valued his help today and definately deserves a raise!! thank u sam!!

The Whiting store is always very nicely organized, as they all should. Excelente knowledgeable Employees, impressed with the HAPPY staff members, who go out of their way, to help.
