Came in via appointment for new tires and an alignment. Took them 2 hours to get my car in the garage and another 90 minutes to get my keys back to me. Not a happy camper. They were nice enough about it but if I knew about the wait ahead of time then I might have just walked to the theater instead. They also quoted me $800 for a brake job on my Nissan Murano. Not exactly $600 worth of labor, huh? Ended up doing it myself for less than $150 with Napa SilentGuard pads. Don't come here unless you have a Groupon or some other sale code.

Three words...Peace of Mind!!! We came in with a limited budget and BAD tires. Mariely took the time to calm us down and explain the benefits of several tires. She gave us a price for "out the door" that worked in our budget. She really is an asset to this branch!
