I waited for 15 minutes in line so I could get my debit card reprinted because mine expired and the new one got “lost in the mail” according to PNC customer service. After waiting, the associate told me I’d have to wait up to 2 hours and I needed an appointment to reprint my debit card but I told them I called PNC customer service who told me any branch can reprint it immediately with no appointment. The associate told me I was given wrong information. So in front of her I called Toms River PNC and asked them if I came in would I have to wait and could they reprint it immediately and they told me to come in they’d immediately reprint it no problem. I drove to the Tom River PNC Bank, who got me in and out within 10 minutes.

No drive thru ATM. Went to walk up ATM then there was an option to "leave screen blank for secure" then it froze.

so I usually always go to the brick PNC branch and they never make me feel as uncomfortable as this PNC. the lines are long I feel like I’m getting ignored and whenever I come in with a large amount it one dollar bills every time I look up the staff is laughing at me through the glass window they have, and then snickering when they get back on the video call with me. very unprofessional, I have been to PNC for years, never had a problem with any other branch except this one.

do not bank at any PNC branches.. this bank is the worst.. I transferred all of my 5 accts. to td bank...best move i ever made...don't listen and you will get burned by pnc..

Banking should not be this time consuming or frustrating or scary. I recently opened a PNC checking account. Today I attempted to enroll in Online Banking. I entered the necessary information online and my information was not recognized. I called the tech support number and I wound up spending the next 2 hours (Yes, 2 hours!) trying to solve my technical problem. Most of this time was on hold. PNC was not able to fix the problem. At one point, they asked me to input a number that was not my social security number - that's scary. Anyway, I put in the effort, I tried to make it work with PNC and got nowhere. I need to find another bankl.

Worst experience ever. Been a month since fraud on my account and all the money is not returned. I went into the branch 4 times and was assured it would be handled and that supervisors were alerted. I got zero follow up calls from management, I had to keep hounding them to respond. Then I called the fraud escalation line 4x and it's been 2 weeks. I'm trying to buy a house and my bank is the worst ever....
