first of all they sent me a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup i go there i was at the drive thru for 5 mins nobody came i finally went inside and the guy who was working the counter was extremely rude telling me to show him the text like i was lying or something they need to teach the workers manners at this point im just going to switch pharmacies

I ordered my blood thinners onAug31st (friday) before the labor day holiday. I l we it couldn't be process thru insurance until September 6th but THEY had to order it since they do not stock any pricey Meda. Because of the possibility of blood clots I am not suppose to skip doses. . When I called on the 6th to see if my meds were ready they had not even ordered it nor did they seem to care to make an effort to get me some. Told me it would probably be in on monday. I have been on this medication with riteaid since 2019 so no reason why they didn't order it on at the very least September 2. It is no wonder riteaid has problems if this is how they service their customers.

Robbie in the pharmacy is the man! My script was on back order but he went out of his way to find a store near me that had the whole thing. Keep killing it Robbie!

tested positive for the flu at my doctor and they sent over my prescriptions to this location. my doctor stated that with this illness there’s a small window of time where this medication will work depending on how long you have had your symptoms. i went directly after my doctor visit and waited on them to be filled, grabbed them and was on my way. when i arrived home and looked at what i got, they failed to inform me that the flu medication was “out of stock”. how is something like that over looked? do they even look at what the medications purpose is? i called this location afterwards and they told me it could take DAYS for it to become available, but told me the rite aid down the street has it in stock….. don’t you think this is something you should verbally communicate to someone when they PICK UP THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS? you’re messing with peoples health at that point. i don’t recommend this location for anything pharmacy related.

The drive-thru is never open they say they're going to fix it but I highly doubt it. I would prefer especially now not to be in the store with sick people especially if I don't feel good.
