Had a problem with being on the system but it was quickly corrected by Jake at the facility and he was quite helpful. Everything went well with the move in.

Snap box was the best. They are now Go Store It. They never notified us when they changed names and they do not notify you when they increase your monthly payment. There is noone on site anymore and it takes a long time for a human response.

I reached out to many different storage places a lot of them were very overpriced not very friendly then I came across SNAP BOX not only were the prices wonderful the customer service was fantastic the property manager took us to where our unit was reviewed everything in detailed answered all the questions we had definitely a great experience looking forward to storing our belongings there.

I had a great experience today with Snap Box Self Storage. To make an online reservation took less then five minutes, the Customer Service is Excellent and the prices are reasonable. Snap Box is a gated facility with 24 hour access.

My personal experience with renting a space from snap box couldn’t have been any better. I called the number on the website and explain to the person who answered what I was looking for as far as the size of the unit goes and verified a few things like Price, Security and the hours that the office was open and the hours that you were able to access the storage facility.When I arrived at the storage location the manager was expecting me. The office was clean and organized. Check-in was fast and easy. I explained to the manager what I was looking for and he walked me out and opened up and showed me the unit, it couldn’t have gone any better.

We have rented three storage units from this location and the office manager Karen and been a pleasure to deal with. I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to please check here first
