I’m very disappointed with the service at this bank. I frequently come in to make coin deposits, and there is one teller—she has long red curly hair and glasses—who consistently refuses to take them. No matter how long the line is or how simple the transaction might be, she won’t assist anyone making a coin deposit. This causes unnecessary delays and backups, as she Waits for another teller to take me then she magically becomes available for the other customer. It’s frustrating to deal with this repeatedly, especially when it seems like basic customer service is being ignored. Management really needs to address this issue to ensure all customers are helped fairly and efficiently.

3 stars is not necessarily the fault of the branch and workers there. TD is out of control closing branches left and right but still low staff at other branches. This branch always seems to have a long wait for anything you need. The staff they have good be a little more kind and welcoming, but I seem to find the lack of friendliness at most of their branches. I must say I love how on top the bank is with their fraud department.

The worst wait time here. Everytime I come here it’s always a 30-60 minute wait to see someone to service my account.
Millions of dollars and they won’t staff the place properly..?? What an embarrassment to keep customers waiting around like cattle to slaughter. I give this place a 0…!!!

The ATM NEVER works and when it does work, it doesn’t ever let you deposit cash for whatever reason. It happens so frequent there should be a way to let customers know the atm is down online.
Drove 7 miles to this TD then to the next closest one whcb is another 7 miles for that one to not be working either.
If the atms are never going to work, get rid of them. It’s frustrating as a customer when it’s literally weekly!

I went into open a bank account. I was told that if use the ATM and cash should be put into the account immediately. Trusting them I put in $600+ and left confidently with my ATM receipt. I get home to see the money is NOT in the account. I try to contact them to no avail. 2 days pass and still no money in the account. It’s now a 3rd day and there’s no answer for the missing $600+. The whole time I was signing up for the account something was telling to go to Chase Bank down the road. Moral of the story. This bank sucks. Don’t ignore the red flags. A literal coffee can on a top shelf can be safer than these guys.

BEWARE! If you're making a deposit do not go through the drive through teller, go inside!! My father in law made a deposit earlier and was shorted a $100 bill. When he asked the drive through teller to recount it, she said he was $100 short. Before making this deposit, I myself counted the bills for him and know for a fact there were 3 $100 bills, we called to complain and the manager said there was only 2 $100 bills and that all their tills were correct. Of course, since the teller most likely took the $100 bill, there was not going to be a surplus. There of course is no way to prove that the young lady took the $100 bill, other than having them look through security cameras. Our next step is to report this to the authorities and hopefully through this review others are aware. If you make a deposit inside, be sure to count your money Infront of the teller so they don't try to scam you the way we were. This happened at the TD Bank at Manchester. I honestly thought they would do more of an investigation versus the manager just saying there was no proof. Why didn't they look through the cameras themselves??? This teller will continue to steal, so BEWARE!

Opened a checking account made a deposit with a check on the 3rd of March telling me because it is a new account there is a 6 day business hold which i have never heard of now telling me it won’t be available until the 14th!! Definitely a mistake choosing this bank!
