“We have two units at this site, for 3yrs no problems, entire staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions, a big thank too Ace you rock. Thanks Lynn Flanagan”
“My girlfriend sold her house in Pennsylvania and moved to Manchester to be with me. My first 10x20 storage unit was not going to be big enough to fit all her belongings, so went to the rental office and spoke with Chuck about a second unit. Lucky for me they had 1 available. I reserved it on line and Monday morning met up with John. Again, as with the first unit, the process was simple and fast. John went over and above to help me in anyway he could. I can't say enough for everyone at American storage. Thanks John for everything you did to make a stressful situation easier.

“U-Haul has been a lifesaver for my move! Their truck rental process was super straightforward - clear pricing, easy booking online, and plenty of locations. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a smooth move.
Customer service was great too - helpful staff answered all my questions and made returning the truck a breeze. Would definitely use U-Haul again for my next move or storage needs. Handy local spots and a reliable fleet make it a no-brainer for DIY moves!”
“I had an excellent experience with Kyle, Eric, and the rest of the crew at the Toms River Route 9 U-Haul location. Despite my late arrival, the team went out of their way to accommodate my hitch installation and ensured everything was completed efficiently and correctly.
They were professional, courteous, and clearly focused on customer service, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was also able to complete the rental trailer agreement without any issues, thanks to their attention to detail and willingness to help.
Truly a great team—highly recommend this location for anyone needing hitch work or trailer rentals.”
“As I previously posted, a friendly staff member I dealt with and totally enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for your uhaul needs, and I'm sure you will have the same experience with their carpet company!”
“I went to several other places ..some were dark dank dirty overpriced....awful..UHaul does it right. The manager is great...the prices are relatively reasonable. Big fan!”

“I was very satisfied with my storage unit; it kept my belongings safe for two years, with no losses or damage. I also appreciated the flexibility to access it whenever it was convenient for me.”
